It slams into the mass of molten brass, before it explodes into a shower of glowing gold. The witch is splattered across the ground, as notes float from among the debris before they quickly burn away. The pieces are thrown every which-way, as you nurse what's left of your hand. "...Shit." You murmur. "...So close to a clean hunt."

[WITCH DEFEATED]​

"Akane!" Tomo shouts as the barrier fades away. "Akane, are you okay?" She looks at you, before she notices that your hand's been burned away.

Sayaka, Kyoko, Akane, Homura, and the Ducklings were gathered in the usual junkyard, standing in a half-circle. It was three days until Walpurgisnacht.

"Ok," Sayaka said, "We know it's down to the wire now. Did anyone come up with any special new techniques?"

There was silence for a moment, before Akane raised her hand. She was smiling.

Sayaka smiled back. She transformed, and drew a sword. "Cool! What is it? Let's spar."

"OK," Akane said. She took a fighting stance, as did Sayaka.

"On three," Tomo said, "One, two, THREE!"

Sayaka jumped at Akane, yelling as she attacked. Then, Akane moved.

"TIGER UPPERCUT!"

Sayaka dodged the sudden uppercut, just barely.

"Hey, cool, but-"

"TIGER TIGER TIGER TIGER TIGER TIGER TIGER-"

In the end, Sayaka wasn't able to avoid the barrage of rapid uppercuts, and was caught on the chin. Once she healed her teeth, she walked back, and congratulated Akane.

Then, Kyoko walked up, spinning her spear.

"Don't think I'm gonna let you get close enough for that shit. Also, I'm gonna hurt ya for doing that to my wai-"

"TIGER TIGER TIGER TIGER TIGER-"

"OK, Homura, you're up."

"TIGER TIGER TIGER TIGER-"

"Ok seriously, how the fuck?"

In other news, I have an unorthodox idea to train precise and quick mobility that just came to me.

We have Sayaka and anyone else who dares try it play the DDR Machine at the arcade, but here's the twist, the trainee must play as player 1 and player 2 at the same time. DDRX2.

Tomo's eyes widen as she stumbles back, before you realize that you raised your right wrist. "...Shit!" You murmur, before you bring it back down.

"Same..." Yoko murmurs.

"Good." You say. "So...yeah. Good work everyone!"

Sukuyo stares at it for several seconds, before she nods rapidly. As she does so, you turn to Tomo. "So...wanna talk?"

Tomo pauses. "...I...uh..." She looks at your hand, then at your shirt, then at you. "Uh..."
