Guys, Tomo is unlikely to open up about anything personal as long as the other girls are right there. So if we actually want to resolve that, it needs to be done privately.
BTW, are Sayaka and Co. currently moving to inform Tomo's/Sukuyo's/Yoko's parents about WPN, or are they currently at Madoka's house, and this is happening at the same time as the stuff we read earlier?

Why the fuck would they be going to Tomo's/Sukuyo's/Yoko's without, you know, Tomo/Sukuyo/Yoko? She's going to Hitomi's house after Madoka's.

I very much doubt she'd be affected enough by rejection to witch out during a fight, but it can't be good for grief efficiency. Also, teenagers. You never can be sure.

You walk close...and immediately, you hear the light sound of a saxaphone from outside of a barrier. You turn towards it and, as soon as you do, the sound gets a little louder. It's a little tune, and it's accompanied by a small amount of brass. The entrance itself looks like it's gleaming gold.

mhmm. Gotta agree here.
In my mind the Newbies have graduated from "MG in training" to "Sub Par MG's." This means that while they can't solo things, as a team they should typically be fine. They just need more training and experience at this point, but they're no longer dragging Saka/Koko/Akane down in combat, rather they're actual combat assets at this point.
We'd do the newbies no favours by treating them as rank newbies at this point. We're better off treating them as actual teammates. New, inexperienced team members maybe, but team mates rather than trainees.

Get Sayaka? She might get a kick out of fighting a music witch. I can envision her dealing catastrophic damage with music criticism or initiating a jazz duel: Piano vs Sax. Akane can look for another one.
