Ok... reformulating my question. Are we hoping to find a witch too early? Since Mitakihara is crowded by witches and... I don't think is healthy to find one, considering what happened yesterday.

Is not like I'm going to change my vote should the answer is "yes", I'm just wondering. :)

No. That's what the "Hunt" option is for. What we're doing here is fishing for random encounters.
 
6 days left. No one's told their parents yet. Our rolls are only 20/20. Akane's rolls are only 10/10. Ako helping is still up in the air. We haven't met Ako's friend yet. No clue if the Newbies are staying or not. Haven't even tried to unlock Kyouko's Rosso Phantasm yet. School starts up again next monday in quest.

We'll always technically have time for fluff. It's just a question of what you want to bump for said fluff.

"So...uh..." You hold Kyouko's hand.

"Yeah, Sayaka?"

"...Feeling better?"

She smiles thinly. "As much as I can. I mean...kind of hard to."

You frown. "I know."

"Sayaka, it's not really all your fault-"

"No. It is. It really is." You say. "I made a mistake and you...suffered for it." She seems mildly horrified. "...I'm talking about my soul gem."

"Oh." She says. "...I thought you were talking about the acid."

"...Wow." You mutter. "...Our lives are just that fucked up, aren't they?"

Kyouko holds your hand tighter. "My family's dead, your mom's horrified, we're an unhealthy couple and we have to kill monsters to live." She laughs a little. "...It's like a shitty movie. Except instead of a fucking movie, it's real."

You frown at that, and several seconds pass as you try to come up with a response. You then decide to try lightening the mood. "So it's like something fictional if it wasn't fictional?"

"You know what I meant."

"Yeaaaaah..." You smile at her. "...but we have each other, right?"

She pauses...before she just puts her arms around you. "...Yeah. At least we have that." You eventually reach Madoka's home, and when you do, Kyouko knocks on the door. As soon as she's done with the third knock, Madoka's dad opens the door.

"Oh, morning Sayaka!" He says. "And Kyouko?"

"Yeah." Kyouko says.

Well, we've got an opportunity to drop the Walpurgis bomb here and now. On the one hand, it's more emotional drama after that session last night. On the other hand 6 days left and all that. Assuming the worst and we'll have to drop the bomb for/with the newbies/Hitomi it might be better to get this one out of the way now.

On a different topic, I like how Homura is just assumed to be at Madoka's house now. Granted it's not like she's got anywhere else to be, but still.

Agrees with shironi. We may not have another chance, but mind you, we will need some damage control as well.
