Candide accepts the note with a curt nod, but continues to remain silent and let others speak.
"Aww, thank you - we'll be sure to stay on call," Nina replies in turn, waving lightly at you as you leave the chapel behind. "Now, stay safe out there!"
@Firnagzen
"They do make me feel hopeful," Nina admits to you after a moment.
"Just... hope that they don't get worn down by all the stress." She seems to consider following up with something, before deciding against it and looking at Candide. "I think we'll be taking our leave too now, miss Larue! I hope it isn't too much of a bother that we leave the Faeries to you?"
"They can stay as long as needed," Candide replies, expression showing some amount of wary concern. "Avoid getting hit by the Jester again if you can help it."
With that said and done, you head back to Nina's apartment for the evening and night. Thankfully, you're not ambushed on your way out, though at times Nina seems rather wary, as if she suspected you were being watched but could not quite point to anything or pick up anything with her magic.
Once the morning comes, you're presented with a simple question of where to go from here. The Jester has not made any moves as far as you can tell, nor have you heard back from anyone needing your help. As such, you're free to investigate or hunt, contact the junior magical girls you've found or even visit your other contacts in the city - Renée and Victoire.

@Schwer-Muta
"Ah, apologies, I knew I should have prepared something for you to grab," Mrs. Leclair laments as she disentangles from the hug and gives you both hair ruffles. "Is Ophélie still not home?"
"Still visiting friends, mom," Julie confirms happily, before launching into a long explanation about your day - leaving aside everything about magic - focusing especially on the trip to the pancake restaurant. She tries her best to direct some of the questions at you as well.
The evening is a calm and normal one after that, the lull of normal family life all too welcome with everything else going on. Ophélie arrives late that night, though is quick to reassure you and Julie that things are fine, both with her and the other Hospitaliers.
You wake up early the next morning, Julie still snoozing off opposite to you, her head facing the table between you and her side of the drawer where she keeps her school supplies, papers and grief seeds. Today's the day you're supposedly going to be acquainted with the Hamon twins too.

Your way back to your homes is an uneventful one, especially compared to everything that has happened this day of too much excitement. Eating, getting ready for the night, sleeping... and then waking up to a new day - there's a lot to do for project-oriented girls.

The two of you stay up for a while, just hanging out with each other and having a relatively normal sleepover at the Matarois. Sleep may not come easy that night, though, but you wake up the next morning feeling relatively well-rested in spite of it all, even if it's to the sound of the door going off as the adults leave for work. Knowing them, they probably didn't want to wake you up, but have left breakfast in the fridge for when you do.
