[X] RETREAT!
-[X] Dark Beam Spam from range!
The bear is lightly stunned by the energy wave, allowing you to easily rush to the forest edge, where you will have an easier time dodging the bears attacks. By the time you turn, the bear has shaken it off, and after a moment of wavering, begins charging towards you. In return, you fire a fusilade of dark beams at the bear, some hitting, most missing. In fact, your aim is so bad, you manage to destroy your nest with falling trees, and drop a tree on yourself as well, injuring yourself further.
The dumb, incredibly brave bear on the other hand, after nearly two dozen beams being shot at him, finally get's spooked by the falling trees and decides that you're too much trouble to eat and leaves.
Good news, you have plenty of wood to rebuild your nest with.
2.1.5 Stormtrooper Marksman
[] Death has soaked into the ground of the nest, you feel that if you rearranged the rocks and sticks into a pattern around the nest, it would greatly enhance your reanimation, and any other death related magic you may perform in the nest
[] You have been seriously wounded, take time to rest and recover (can be taken multiple times)
[] Work on improving your magic (minor improvement to any facet of an existing magic ability, such as casting time, number of targets, duration, etc.)
[] Develop a new magic ability (Must be related to an existing ability in some way and thematically appropriate, may take multiple turns to develop)
[] The nest has been destroyed, rebuild it to be more defensive. Good thing there's so much wood around.
[] It's been a while since you ate your siblings, so you could eat. Hunt some food down to fill yourself up again (Pretty much empty now, will accrue penalties if you don't hunt some food this turn)
[] Leave the nest to explore
Welp, it took over a dozen rounds, of which you only got two hits. One on the bear, and one on yourself by shooting a tree down on top of your self. As well as dropping a couple of trees onto your nest. You had the absolute worst rolls, which boggles me, because even with all the injuries, and the death curse, you were still less impaired than the bear. Also, the bear just kept passing his courage rolls. Welp, the horrors of natural 1's, I guess.
