It bears repeating at this point that the parameters for this vote have shifted slightly, thus;

-You have an extra 1/2 an action to spend, because of Emiko being somewhat distracted and a number of people in the classes currently recovering from the events of that night.

-Also, the Talk to Friends option now allows you to select three each time you choose it rather than just two. With friends still counting as half a pick!

-The Training option, in a similar vein, allows you to pick two out of all the training options presented, for each time you choose it.

Revisions to take these changes into account would be greatly appreciated by your Co-QMs. Thank you for your time and attention!

Me too, actually! Weird hours.

I work from 3:45 PM to 7:45 PM today, and want to get in an hour early to eat and such. So I just have this sorta early morning thing where I can't write because both Quests are in voting, so I'm sorta antsy. Anyways, good night, thanks for voting :)

I separately came up with the exact same action vote as Arkatekt...except he named his. So I'll go with his. (@Arkatekt, I think you typo'd Ginchiyo though.)

Also amusingly, with the new system, I think we're only taking up 2 and 1/3 slots with this plan. Oh noes, we're wasting 1/6 of a slot!

As for the XP plan, I added in some levelling for Evasion so Shizue can gtfo when her hiding spots are discovered, and Power for the social and genjutsu benefits. Both Evasion and Power are a bit low right now. And a Power boost may be helpful for all the talking Shizue will do this week.

Not the most efficient way of spending points, since we're speaking AND training with Genta, but we'll likely be training our genjutsu, and I'm not sure Emiko has time to help right now.

Seriously, we need to train guys. :( We're barely surviving these fights. If we keep slacking off we're going to start losing rolls and taking serious injuries or die, or one of our team is going to get offed because we couldn't cut it.

Looks like there's not as much interest in adding a little bit to Evasion and Power. =/

Hmm, it's really tempting to switch to Genta-training, and I likely will do so. @The Laurent what would we be likely to train if we're training with Genta?

Trains with Genta so that we increase Genjutsu but we don't talk to him again since we are taking the training, counts as half an action since he is a friend.
Talk to Rika because she is growing reclusive after what happened in the last misión.
Okiie for that date he owes us.
Yaramachi because he is in a similar situation as we were when our mother was sick plus all those reasons I always give.
Iesato Ginchiyo could work to start building connections. An alternative would have been either Izumida Akachi to see what he is investigating before something kills him (and he doesn't treat us badly or has bias against us) or Ichiman in order to learn about the Asai missin nin who is Friends with Emiko.
Mission to see what is happening and meet teammates.

The problem is what we would be training in. Genta is working on his genjutsu but is giving priority to build his chakra reserves both of which benefit us. Rika wants to work in first aid and medicine which while useful it is not something we are focusing in so we won't raise it to a level that would make it useful. Junko would work on her chakra control and ninjutsu but we are using the XP plan for those to make sure we reach them and Okiie is working on elements we don't use much (though maybe he could teach wáter shuriken to us) and I doubt training would count as a date. There are other genin which can work like the one practising sensing or the Yaramachi that would be useful to us but we need to see what each would want to learn.

I mean, your point is that we have to train to survive but then we should focus on what we want to train and who would like to train in that. That is a reason some of us are voting to train with genta after all.
