All Hail Your Majesty! 2.0 (Witcher RP)

I thought a spare change of clothes cost one point?

I'm referring to the normal clothes beneath the armor, like you said.
Look, clothes are included with heavy armor, you don't need to write another one under Misc unless you're spending one point for it. The same goes for sheath and whetstone as they fall automatically under sword.

You write things into Misc category only if you want to spend points to get that thing.

Also, skill book costs 2 points.

Will do then. Only thing in the Misc will be the Parrying Skillbook. Editing in now.....

Acceptable?

Name: Trex Gadtrough
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Appearance: Trex has a lean muscle tone that obviously shows he's a runner of some sort. With a height just a little over 6ft, Trex could almost appear lanky in a way. Black, shoulder-length hair adorns his head. His eyes are normal sized with a jagged scar stretching from his left eye to his mouth. His skin tone is a dark brown.

Armor: (Write-In) Shadow Scale Armor/Suit- This armor, tailored and given to him by his mysteriously dead mother has given him strange powers... This armor is shown to let Trex enter a shadow-like state for a few seconds to move with incredible speed and become invincible. This armor absorbs kinetic energy to emit blasts of darkness that, upon contact, push back the target and possibly incapacitate. The armor regenerates like its living tissue at fast rate when in disuse. The armor takes its form as a full body, form-fitting suit/armor. The armor can shape shift into an irremovable ring on wearers left index finger. The down side of this armor is that, while blunt damage-unless quite strongly delivered- is almost ineffective, direct piercing damage is a danger. This armor grants the wear infinite stamina and an additional speed, strength, dexterity, and sight boost. When armor is badly damaged, it reverts to ring form and the wear feels a drain on his energy, slightly dizzy, and weak. Wear is incredibly hampered in battle but is still capable. In ring form only, the armor grants the ability to "Shadow Walk". Much like the ability in the suit variant, this one makes the user impervious to all forms of physical contact and some magical without the added speed for a few seconds. It doesn't take much for the suit to revert to ring dormant form.

Weapon: Push Daggers of Nickhelm- These Push Daggers are black as the void with white lines of lightning seemingly moving along its surface. These daggers can pierce most metals. Unbreakable, the daggers can send blasts of void at targets to stun them. These daggers can transform into short swords and can be attracted back to the users hands like magnets. Void powers are boosted by Shadow Scale Suit.

Misc: The Ring of Escorts- This ring can scan 3 objects or organisms to alert the wear if the object or organism enters its range of 500 meters again. Secondary function is that the ring acts as a sonar to find other like items or organisms.

Skills: Eyes of the Travxlers: Trex's eyes have the ability to slow down his perception slightly. (Can rest be in Stealth Mastery?)

I commend you for the good write-ins, but I'm sorry, you must have misunderstood something or did not read the first post fully. You are being dropped into a world of Witcher, with an equipment of your choosing that equals 15 points.

There are no write-in options for armor and weapon beyond cosmetic look and even than it has to be something practical.

Look at the previous character sheets that were posted. They should give you a general overview of how it should be.

Well I would love to but I don`t think I can show up in R20 at the same time as everyone else. Still will look at how it is going with interest~ Did love the books before and much more than the Games.

So I could keep the asthetics of the armor and drop the abilities and boosts?

Yes, only the cosmetic look and it will only be slighter tougher than average armor, all starting gear is rated at Journeyman.

If you really want to give it a try I don't mind if you play a non-combat role, like a doctor, architect or merchant. But your starting skills will be all geared toward that profession and you will be restrained only to PBP interactions. I will post chat logs for you to look over so that you don't fall behind on what happens.

The Roll20 will only really be used for large battles or large interaction segments, those things won't happen every week but they will be more frequent as he get into higher positions of power.

@MysteriousOldGuy you need to change one line in your IC post. The one where you say, that your axe is usually on your back.

The you that have been dropped is a person from our world who was dropped into the world of Witcher. Everyone gets to keeps meta knowledge and stuff like that.

I wouldn`t mind playing a NPC role at one point or another, I`m not sure if missing out some of the more untypical parts of an RP doesn`t take away some of the fun...but if you want to have me write a dialogue or scene, just poke me~

So, what are you doing from here? This is just like the previous time, very free form quest. While I have a general outline for what I have in store for you, you can do almost anything.
