A hungry Godzilla eats a Shard and now Taylor Hebert must deal with the consequences of becoming a God-King incarnate... Eh, being an Endbringer is close enough. For now.
The flute incident goes differently, and Taylor triggers almost a year ahead of schedule. The New Wave finds her afterwards, and, well, a Hero's job description involves helping those who need it.
Which should be fine for everyone involved. After all, there's no way trying to rebuild your sense of self after a traumatic event using the worldview of nearby parahumans could ever end badly.

This is my attempt on making a fanfic story out of the quest I made from Worm. The Summary and the source of the quest can be found below.
SUMMARY: Taylor died at the locker, and after a day, something dangerous descended from the beyond.
Was it the symbol of the End? Or the rise of a new Hope?
Only time will tell, as these creatures popped up on a single city on the North East Coast on USA, and only a single consciousness held control over all of these creatures.

Trigger Events aren't just the worst days of your lives. It's what defines your power. In the case of one Taylor Hebert, she wanted nothing more than to get out of that locker and find a way back home to her Dad.
Unfortunately for her, her "Passenger" has a skewed idea of how to get her home.
On the plus side, at least she had some stories to tell her Dad when she got home.

Taylor Hebert never gave up in the locker. Resolve such as hers was enough to draw the attention of a (grumpy) diety, and he decided to grant her a weapon to stand equal to the Parahumans of her world. And given a choice of weapons, she chose the Holy Shield.
