I'd say Scolly, but she doesn't look like she has a "I'm usually a bitch" type face. Not Ranka, so maybe the princess who must not have lines in quest?

Maybeeee it could Scolly, if she has been interrupted in her enjoyment of destroying an enemy, specifically by being brought some expected good news.
