I like to imagine that it's a break from reality, and that the puzzles have been significantly dumbed down from how they really are or were.GamingGeek said:Ah yes. "Hylian puzzle-locks". We have investigated such claims and found them to be false.
I mean, the average Hyrulian must have the mind of a (typical) 8 year old. They're push puzzles, or jumps, or timing. Nothing hard at all, but our past life is crying in the back corner of our mind.
I'm assuming all the sight/sense skills at A+ give traumatic memories as we start to see things man was not meant to see, notice corruption everywhere and/or other depressing crap. Imho we should try to max them at B or C or atleastnot pushtheir development at thatpoint.SuperSonicSound said:Non Sequitar go!
I wonder if we ever get Ki Sight to A rank if we suddenly can tell where people are hurt at a glance? I'm thinking along the lines of doctor Xandorf being the worlds greatest diagnostician via Ki Sight and mage sight with divination spells..
Would be pretty awesome, we just need to improve our medical knowledge. Either way I think we should learn the basics for field treatment first aid as we've already have to help save some ones life and we could have done a lot better had we known what we were doing.
Not sure where you got that idea butwalkir said:I'm assuming all the sight/sense skills at A+ give traumatic memories as we start to see things man was not meant to see, notice corruption everywhere and/or other depressing crap. The dangerous side effects is traumatic memories and increasing KI sight further lessons that risk not increases it. We have the full dangers from ki sight as soon as we hit D rank. Pushing further now decreases any chance for problems.Ki Sight: C+. You are skilled in the technique of reading an opponent's aura and fighting strength. This makes your readings considerably more accurate, and significantly reduces the odds of dangerous side-effects.
We're going to prove our superiority to our past life through beating a puzzle!GamingGeek said:Ah yes. "Hylian puzzle-locks". We have investigated such claims and found them to be false.

I'm not so sure it'd be a good idea for us, specifically, to go to Hyrule...Nightblade said:I want to travel the world once we graduate. And at least visit Hyrule.
Unless we go there and try to conquer then they really can't do anything.Krain said:We're going to prove our superiority to our past life through beating a puzzle!
(I can just imagine Alex standing there with a grin, looking so incredibly smug, in front of a beaten puzzle.
Like, I can see him humming "We are the champions, my friend", because he beat a puzzle)
I'm not so sure it'd be a good idea for us, specifically, to go to Hyrule...
At least not without a specific invitation by the Golden Goddesses.
People might take it the wrong way if we head there on our own.
Could send Link after us, with Zelda running backup.Nightblade said:Unless we go there and try to conquer then they really can't do anything.
They would have no reason too. Also the time line where the flood happened was when there was no hero. And that was when he was conquering hyrule. Which we would have no reason to do. Stop being so paranoid.Krain said:Could send Link after us, with Zelda running backup.
And in the timeline where Ganondorf was a big threat with the hero defeated, they flooded the whole damn place (not that I honestly expect us to beat Link - he's Link).
Still think that if we want to visit Hyrule, it should be after some sort of invitation by Din and the other two.
Much less chance of complication.
Just because we have Din's favor (and the other two are, slowly, coming around to thinking we're somewhat decent) doesn't mean we should just jump into Hyrule on our own.
We could still be on thin ice.
mmm I don't feel that's particularly compelling. If we have no intent to cause trouble, hell I could see us going on a trip to make right any wrongs we did in our past lives potentially.Krain said:Could send Link after us, with Zelda running backup.

Paranoia and not reading skill descriptions properly as it seems.SuperSonicSound said:
