    "Enough…" Gendo stated. "The Senario is now on sceduale, dispite the Wraths misgivings, he has played well within our hands. Almost too well."

    NERV is using Shinji Protag powers for their advantage.

    SEELE decided to wait until Zuriel to do something important again. Becuase of Shiro.

    It could get worse:). Remember that. you have four EVA's so maybe RNG will throw another one at you.

    The angels are realizing something else is at play, and that Shinji is somehow in the middle of it. Also I have an Azrael Omake coming because you need an explination to why he said what he did to Shinji

    Not knowing how not knowing why was HE the sole survivor.

    This is how it feels to be Azrael the Redeemer forever.

    Then you lost Asuka and Rei, you were cast aside to watch all of man save you go to hell forever, Yui had abandoned mankind to walk the star's forever.

    Leaving only you...you the cowered of all people left, Gendo was gone, but you were alone.

    A prisoner to bare the weight of mandkinds sins alone. Maybe you deserved it. Maybe you didn't but you paid for it anyway.

    So you prepared, the whole thing was a cycle of sorts, doomed to repeat forever until we were all gone.

    So...you decided instead of waiting to inevitebly fuck up again and maybe get yourself killed. You'd even the odds.

    It took a thousand years as the earth, sun and moon were reset by some unseen power. But you had made your final plan.
    It was the cumulation of everything in war you had, your last gift to the future. Because if you couldn't give them victory in life.

    Shinji raised his hand, "And we only have enough power for one shot."

    "Yep...the rifle hasn't been tested in an actual live fire exercise, but it works, so thank the russians for making sure it works."

    You began to question the circumstances behind how the russians tested the rifle.

    Misato's game plan was solid as usual but only one shot. "Magi did you check the math to squeeze another shot."

    MAGI looked like she was insulted. "Only one, if we could get you another we could."

    "Don't fucking miss Shinji. I don't want to die." Asuka said sounding a little nervous.

    []Shoot and Prey:One shot is going to have to do it. Fuck MAGI if she fucked up.
    []Batter then Shoot: Maybe they can chip away at its defences, and give you an opening.
