Closing the voting for Character Creation 3b here.

The winning results are as follows:
Mesmerist Training: Enclave Tradition
Slayer Training: Enclave Defender
Major Life Event: Missing Mentor and Eyes without End are tied, the winner will be determined by random roll.
Appearance (2 of 3): Beautiful and Noble are tied, the winner will be determined by random roll.

Edit: The dice have spoken!

Major Life Event: Eyes without End
Appearance: Noble

Expect the Ganymede Fritz sidestory sometime tomorrow and Part 4 of character creation sometime in the following day or two.
I hope that everyone is satisfied with the way that the character is shaping up! Nearly everything major has now been decided.
Solvaron having such strong ties to his Enclave, I think, is a positive in terms of storytelling. The world of Tremia will be just as new and unfamiliar to him as it will to you, readers, and that can be very helpful narratively.
Also, I want to affirm that this is fundamentally a story about an adventurer. Solvaron was trained to be a defender of his Enclave but did not become one. In the end, he was judged not to have the temperament required to carry out the necessary duties. Too kind, unfortunately.
Please look forward to the Ganymede story where you will meet someone who does not have that particular problem.

Edit 2: Having chosen Enclave Tradtion, Solvaron will possess a custom archetype that makes the Mesmerist much better at item crafting at the expense of being a supernaturally good liar. That is to say, if you want Solvaron to wear glasses, he can make them and they can be magic glasses. You already have a magic stare attack, focusing lenses might be quite practical, as well as fashionable.

So it is. I wish this could have been the fate for Unnaturally Average. Rest in peace, my creation.
We have an appearance vote left, so you still have a chance.

Unfortunately since we chose "Striking" we can't choose "Unremarkable" or anything in a similar vein, like "Unnaturally Average". Dead on arrival it is.
Well, this sucks. So what do yall want for our last slot? There was some talk about glasses, but I dunno if that counts as one

Some random ones to succeed it:
[] Unassumingly Muscular
[] Unsettlingly Lanky
[] Unsurprisingly Tall
[] Unbelievably Imposing
[] Unbridledly Expressionless
[] Underwhelmingly Peculiar
[] Unwaveringly Solid
[] Understandably Skinny
[] Unfairly Good-Looking
[] Unjustly Acne-Ridden
[] Underwear
Just a few choices I thought might give the character a little oddness to him.

While I deeply appreciate your enthusiasm, these do go a bit against the spirit of the appearance method. Using two-word descriptors, in a lot of these, seems to be done to pack more meaning than into a single result than the ones I put forward as the baseline. For instance, Unassumingly Muscular is essentially what would result from Toned and Unassuming being voted in the previous two stages.

You may also be joking and I've overreacted. Only time can tell.

Still, I don't think I would accept some of these write-ins, or would have to remove the qualifiers if they manifestly alter the primary object.

If Underwear doesn't win does it mean Solvaron will be going commando? :V
Anything can be canon with enough convincing. Isn't that right, Mr. CoatRackRanger?

1. Unfortunately, the "24/7 DTF" write-in didn't win for Solvaron's personality, so our noble hero will be wearing underwear.
2. Technically true, practically false.

Don't worry about it—I was trying to see how many two-word descriptors I could fit that began with "Un-". As you can see, I ended off with the best of the lot.

*gasp* What obscenity! Please, do not correlate the freedom and airiness that commando provides with such a thing. Solvaron merely wishes to be unrestrained.

I officially announce the beginning of an investigation into the use of dark magic by the user Black.Horus, I can't explain in any other way that his votes win so often.

According to the results of a study conducted according to these criteria:
The winning votes were taken into account during the entire quest, and not just in this particular vote. (Refers to those who voted 1 time, but 2 characters passed in the future)
The margin of error is +-1 vote since I'm tired of flipping through the pages.
Companion votes do not count.

The statistics are:
15-Black.Horus
12 - Eternal_0bserver
12 - SleepyCaterpilar (did not participate in the first vote)
10 - Nigerian Duck
7- Bylba
4 - SeQuester (voted 2 times)
3 - sportoner (voted 1 time)
2 - Ripley (recently joined)

The commission's conclusion is clear. Black.Horus is accused of using black magic. The case will go to the Church Synod.
