Its not. Its a Simurgh plot, whatever you think it is its gonna be something else, unless you think its something else, then it will be what you thought it was. Or some third or 333 option you did not even thought of. Endbringers are scary man.

'Bob' is, in English, the ultimate in generic names. There have been plenty of people who made jokes about naming something grand and special 'Bob'.

I could see it being a reference to Irregular Webcomic's 'Bob was there, too', for that matter.
