The Bilgewater Cartel

Current Ruler: Trade Prince Jastor Gallywix
Capital: Bilgewater Port
Armies: 2
Fleets: 3
Diplomatic Deals: None at the moment

Major Actions:

  1. Have shipyards and port facilities built where The Slick on Kezan is currently located. This will allow for increased ship construction and repair. Also, it will result in more ships being able to dock at Bilgewater Port.
  2. Order one fleet to explore the coastlines of Southern Kalimdor south of Durotar for potential colonization locations and another fleet to head south from Kezan and explore the South Sea for islands to colonize.
  3. Aware of the many refugees in the Eastern Kingdoms and those hoping to leave for hopefully safer shores announces via goblin traders traveling to the Alliance members of the Eastern Kingdoms, territory under Blood Elf control and Stromgarde remnants, that for either a year of working for the Bilgewater Cartel or six months of service in the fleet or army they will gain full membership/citizenship in the Bilgewater Cartel with all that entails and be able to claim one to ten acres of land either in the future Bilgewater colonies in Southern Kalimdor or islands in the South Sea.
  4. Have Bilgewater scientists and engineers work on making goblin tech safer to use. A blown up and dead customer is not a repeat customer.

Bump @Ceslas

Yeah during am Rp with the frostwolves, Drek Thar told me the spirits warned him of the scourge activity there. The thing is in a PM atm as we didnt want ppl knowing we're talking to them until the update was posted. In character I said I'd i will warn you and dalaran are 2 closest powers, since Tandred was with me. Was kind of busy to shoot u am IC though so i just told Ceslas to remember it.

@Ceslas

We just came up with some problems in discord. Does the order of player actionsalter their time of execution? Meaning the first action always comes before the fourth action? And in addition the first action of player X comes before the second action of player Y?

- Can you use the same army for different actions in the same turn? Meaning move to X as action 1 and then join in an attack with action 2.

Would it be possible to play the silithids? I don't think they are OP until the Scarab Wall fall.
And is there enough remaining Highborne in Shen'dralar to be a faction?
Or maybe the Bloodscalp?

Silithids outside the Scarab Wall
Highborne Elves of Shen'dralar
Bloodscalp Tribe of Stranglethorn
