OH also guys, since the whole Alliance meeting will be playing out in an RP..... you will need to send in your actions and be done all that no later than saturday.
I intend to do the RP on sunday at the latest... more likely saturday evening (this is only for people going to the Alliance council) But ya if you can't get them in by the time it is half finished then you are SOL. If you get them in late and a vote ends up going through while you are not there, you are SOL for that vote. Even if it is to kick you out of the Alliance. (unlikely unless you are Stromgarde.)

Uhh. Trying to do it Saturday Evening is very optimistic. There are a few topics to cover, and quite a few people who need to speak up and such. I'd personally we start it already, and then play it out over the week.

I figure @Ceslas will allow for this since I doubt he will be able to finish getting up every Continent on sunday alone anyway. Also I want to avoid discluding as many people as possible.

OK you do not have to have your full plan up by then, but please make it clear to @Ceslas and send the IC that you will be attending the meeting to me.
The reply needs to be sent by Thursday at 8pm EST at the LATEST. RP/meeting will start around then and continue on Friday and Saturday. I believe attending the meeting is a major action so you will also have to remove one of your actions from your plans and add that in otherwise NONE OF YOUR VOTES WILL COUNT. By the end of the meeting.

ya thats why I am giving people 61 hours to say they will attend and then another 72 hours for the meeting to progress.
I don't want people to Attend and then not be able to discuss properly. However I also do now wish to not have people able to attend.
EDIT: if Ceslas says the meeting can extend past sunday then I will add another day or 2 to the meeting.
However thats about my limit since I want decisions to be REACHED not just delay after delay. Plus this effects every Alliance member.... so I highly doubt anyone who actually cares about the quest will not find the time to both send out a quick reply by Thursday or be unable to at least participate somewhat....

ok under further concerns from @Magnive and others I have decided thusly.
Meeting will start at 8am EST tomorrow. Anyone who does not want to miss a vote needs to get the letters in around then. However the letter deadline will continue until Thursday at 10PM EST. So you need to get the letter in by then to attend at all. Plus if your letter comes in AFTER an issue is voted on, well....
Basically we are going to be treating your letter coming in as when you arrive to the meeting. (basically if you send the letter at Thursday at 8am, and a vote has progressed to half done? you will need to RP your representative as rushing in to the meeting late, but still there. Also if a vote passes and you miss it you don't get to add your vote, you are simply out of luck.)

Also the main reason I am pushing so hard is so that no one jumps in after a vote is over and then goes "OH but what about my chance to vote! wahhhhhh"
And then we have to redo the whole vote or change the results which may end up changing the results of other votes if it involves someone joining the Alliance or otherwise....
How about this, the first 2 days involving the meeting will focus on you and the Crusade joining the Alliance... sound good? (first the crusade and then you)
We can also start Wednesday evening that way there is less likelihood of us finishing the SC's membership and then getting to your own. Seriously I am expecting their vote to take at least until the letter deadline.

also can the meeting go past Sunday if need be? There will certainly be more issues to come up than memberships... such as how to deal with the Scourge for example. However I feel that by the end of Sunday the membership issue will be decided at least.

@Ceslas can my action be to schedule the meeting for NEXT turn? so that this week is to allow people to reply and decide to attend or not and next is the actual meeting to run all week long? That way people should have plenty of time. (however if you can't reply by that point... you really should not be trying to participate in a GSG. Especially voting in a decent time frame for the meeting itself, I mean all you will really need is a basic yes or no answer. can't give that within a short time when you know it is needed ahead of time then you are not really able to make the commitment needed for these games.)
