Late-era of a long running MMO writing idiocy in trying to bring back a famous character; and twisting all logic to try to make it seem like he wasn't a completly evil tosser by that point.

Right, that guy. I am tersely aware of him and his schtick.

And War Crimes Jaina? If it was Sylvanas I'd know what you're talking about.

Basically Garrosh dropped a mana bomb, aka a magical nuke, on Theramore killing almost everyone except Jaina. She sort of went a bit crazy after that for a while.

She calmed down but a lot of her idealism was broken.

Due to...Crystal Dragon Green Jesus no longer leading the Horde, he handed control of it over to...to...Grom Hellscream's son. Whilst at first, Garrosh was portrayed as reasonable/stuff (As witnessed in how he reacted to the Orc who killed that neutral village by executing him for his crime) he rapidly devolved into 'the horde for the Orcs' and 'WAAAAGH'. This culminated in the siege/war for Theramore, where finally he used a magical nuke; after being told about a gap in defences of the city, to wipe the city off the face of the planet.

Jaina, was, rather understandably broken by this, but still sort of continued to try to have peace, with Dalaran hosting both alliance and Horde on it, but then she discovered that the weapon and other things were being smuggled thru dalaran by horde elements, and she went on a full on rampage beating (and in many cases killing) the shit out of any horde in the city until all either fled or were expelled, and she went on to nearly sink Orgrimmar under the sea; before calming down.

She's gotten better, but her idealism, a shining and defining and frankly refreshing characteristic in this world that she possessed, was destroyed, to give the Alliance a ' war war war' person, since they were making the post-return Variann more reasonable as a person again.

I really dislike it all.

Jaina here is her true self, a Magical Girl; spreading love, peace and divine busters until sufficient friendship is achieved.

I really just think it was a consequence of dark edgy woobie meets amateur MMO villain writing.

We wouldn't have these problems if Blizzard hadn't opened the tomb of Metzenkamen and unleashed Ineffectualvillainitis, the most dreaded of the ancient curses.

THE ONLY TRUE VILLAIN LURKS IN THE HEARTS OF EVERY MAN.

Also @Orwelans III /The Night Elves, will you please aid the crusade? you have 3 extra armies to do so and unless you are attacking the Horde they will just be sitting there.... Even sending just 1 army would be enough to completely change the balance of power in the plaguelands. And greatly aid the war against the undead.
I'm not going for a war against the Horde, but I can't spare any ships and armies just yet. Mostly due to handling the fallout from the Legion's invasion of Kalimdor. For now I'm taking a Kalimdor First/Make the Kaldorei great again approach. I should be able to send in a significant force in a few turns.

It'd suggest talking to the Dragon Flights if you can, the Reds and Greens would probably be happy to help with the task of purging the demons and healing the land.

That's certainly more than I expected. Thank you.
Also, do you intend to reply to my IC communication?

Yes. Your quote is already in my not yet posted message in the IC thread. It'll contain mostly what I told you here. I'm still formulating my five major actions.

This is one of them.

it was mostly sent off to the Lord Admiral but I am sure he might have mentioned it in passing to someone or to his council. Basically depending on @Ceslas you probably heard of it through rumors.

A message from someone who has a job and other commitments.

Guys, please, relax when it comes to speed of posting stuff by other posters. We can't all have a ton of time to write in.

I feel ya I have University classes. However I make do by using my labtop for notes and checking this when bored lol! ;)

also @Ceslas I am curious, what defines a 'great power'? by armies and fleets I should be one.... so the only thing I can think of is land owned.... and that only works if Stormwind and the Horde have the bare minimum land control.... because the amount I control is about the same as Stormwind minus most of westfall... and close to the level controlled by the Horde.

So do I only have to retake some of my lands to be defined as a great power once again?

Honestly, I'd say that you really should re-capture Loch Modan, given its farming/etc importance.
