There is a difference between "evil" and full out omnicidal. If we wind up worshipping the Old Gods, then EVERY plan, no matter what the initial purpose, will eventually be used to try to kill EVERYTHING. Every dragon, every elf, every human, every NAGA. I would prefer not to purposefully destroy the civilization we are running, thank you.

the old gods ran things before and the trolls and other pre titan races weren't wiped out, the whole destroy azeroth thing only happened when they realized that it was possible they would never be free.

but we will free them before it gets that far.

and besides good ol omnicide aint so bad even if it still happens that way we'll go out with a bang at least.

The standard Naga in the game worship the old gods basically, and it's a bit boring rehashing something that would be cannon. I want to see Moon worshipers because I personally like it. The Moon and the Ocean are very intertwined after all, and it's entertaining to me too.

now that's a good reason to vote for moon worship, i could get behind that but seeing everyone so adverse to something different as to what they usually vote for makes me want to vote old ones for 2 reasons.
1. I want to worship the old ones in a quest for once, could of done that in the spider quest but everyone went lolnope
2. its just something different to do then what we have done in other quests and i want see what we will end up doing with that chosen

and you've never really studied about how the deep ocean works do you?

when the old gods say "at the bottom of the ocean even light must die" they aren't actually lying on that

after about a mile down the sun/moon light can't get through... any further and it's pitch black down there.
