Unless we get official recognition for our thinker power, I highly doubt anyone in the PRT would take kindly to us accusing a squad commander (Calvert) of being a secret cape with designs on the city as a whole.
Except Armsmaster just saw us catch out the Undersiders, and knows about the S9 thing. He won't say we told him, but if we got him on it he'd believe us. And Armsmaster has a whole lot more capability to prove this kind of thing than we do; if he bugs his phone and computer and agrees not to act on any incriminating evidence for one day, Calvin has no chance, longterm.Unless we get official recognition for our thinker power, I highly doubt anyone in the PRT would take kindly to us accusing a squad commander (Calvert) of being a secret cape with designs on the city as a whole.
... Holy shit... I think the existence of someone like you was predicted in the ancient tombs in Egypt, scribbled on the walls between professional hieroglyphics. I mean... Wow, half the fanfics I've read would have me bleeding through every orifice trying to understand what was going on if I hadn't read Worm. Granted, some fics still did cause that reaction...
I mean, it's not that uncommon. People are writing worm stories without having read the original; somebody who just reads them isn't that special.... Holy shit... the end is nigh run run for the last day comethThe fact he brings out not the tentaclecuffs, but a small smile? It tells you today is still a good day for Armsmaster.
Waaaaaait a second. Did Cirrata really try to add a crab to her collection too? Also, wow, you can't see and stuff! So scary. What kind of monster would do this to someone? You fly on just leave the darkness, reorienting on Hellhound the instant you can see again. Honestly, why do people make such a fuss about a little sensory deprivation? Diving to the bottom of the bay is a lot creepier. Crabs are scary and taste like pain.
Ambit's bullets turned out to be pretty crazy and effective. The projectile leaves your mouth at the same time you hide your head. Even through tiny windows, even through wisps of Grue's power, the flash lights up the factory. Hopefully Armsmaster didn't underestimate it or else you might've just helped the Undersiders escape. With permission, but still.
No escape for Octopus food.Pain flashes white despite the darkness. Something… a... thing just hit your face. Hard. Dug in, knocked you back. Fist? Elbow? Dizzy. One eye feels weird. But you're still attached.
You reel your prey in – pull yourself toward it, rather, this time chest spread wide.
Smoke leaking out of skin. Grue?0.15x Grue
So only one person voted for Grue on SB? Huh. Maybe I should be reading the discussion on both places, I feel like the threads have different logic sometimes.
Also, I assume she does not actually care about sensory deprivation here, because she can't both be scared and not be scaredAlso, wow, you can't see and stuff! So scary. Yes, that. Once Regent does that, the Undersiders and Circus are going to flee, most likely using their dogs. Their only alternative is defeating you and a prepared Armsmaster in straight combat, and doing it before reinforcements arrive. Ain't no way.
