Said it might be better to let you practice with the Wards. Almost like you're being treated as an honorary Ward or something.
Nah, they won't dare.
It's obvious that Cirrata is adultier than all Protectorate combined.

Nimue really doesn't like mercenaries
Interesting.
Were mercenaries a reason for her trigger? For her leaving King's Men?

Quick question, where did Skitter's fight with Lung happen in canon? Because once I know I'll vote for about there-ish.
I'm pretty sure, we still have a month before canon begins.
Actually, let's check the date:
...
Pretty sure it should be March. @Lyova?

... yes. Oops. Thanks!

Edit: As a general comment: I've been (belatedly) indexing a few of the drawings people have done for this quest. Did I miss any?

(And if anyone remembers submitting things before I started indexing omake, and wants them indexed as mini-omake, let me know. I don't think there's many, but I vaguely remember lyrics for a song or two.)

I should get around to using these new fancy threadmark categories...

[X] Move your patrol to the Docks district, because it's a well-known hotspot for criminal activity and a breeding ground for mooks, gangmembers and henchmen in the Bay, which means it's always worth keeping an eye on it. Plus, if you and Armsmaster encounter more trouble than you can handle, both of you have what you need to make a quick getaway, thanks to Armsmaster's Bike and your flying capabilities.

[x] Armsmaster's plan is fine, you guess? Patrol the hotel area, on the fringe of downtown. Avalon is the priority anyway.
- [x] You don't feel like munching. If a fight seems inevitable, try to stun your opponents with your warm smile of acceptance and friendliness. If it doesn't work you can always try to hug!

Down by the Docks is where Skitter saw Lung and the gang members congregate.

You have my thanks.

Also yes Shadow Stalker is still using lethal ammunition as a Ward in certain situations despite it being banned. However she seems to be smart enough about keeping it hidden I don't think we can catch her on that.
Armsmaster has a lie detector. I really don't see how it could be more complicated than to just say, like, "My hunch tells me that SS is 'violating the terms of her parole' and you should use your lie detector to ask her probing questions about using lethal ammunition and if she's done anything at school that meets the legal definition of assault and/or battery."

Cross-posting from SB for more exposure, because I want to see the inevitable trainwreck that would result:

[] In the eastern part of the Docks, about twenty minutes' walk from the old ferry is an old red-brick factory labeled 'Redmond Welding'. You have a sneaking suspicion that some criminals are based there.

Undersiders base? That could be amusing.

Temporary tally:

14: Just go along with Armsmaster
8: Tell Armsmaster where the Undersiders live
6: Patrol the Docks
1: Push harder for inspecting Shadow Stalker's phone
1: That halberd looks tasty

I accounted for duplicate SB-SV votes. For ease of tallying, and to avoid giving the wrong impression, can the people cross-posting their vote for discussion remove the X from [ ]? Thanks!

Obviously, I won't notice double votes from differently-named accounts, but I trust everyone's fairness. :]

I would be very surprised if Armsmaster can legally use that in court without a warrant.

That's the Undersiders base. :D Sounds like a GREAT idea.

Why take out the Undersiders here and now?

Just because an unconfirmed Thinker believes it to be true does not make it actionable.

He can increase scrutiny but not break the law.

All he needs to do is increase scrutiny. I mean, if he needs plausible deniability he can just ask her right after he gets off of patrol (or right before) and use the excuse that his detector is always on. He's a busy man, he's not going to unsuit just to ask someone a question.
