Yeah, it kind of already feels like we shouldn't push too much. Especially since we're relying on so much meta-knowledge here. Changed the vote some more.
She'll be at Ruki-tier. Just an average Magical Girl. You can't make a system breaking wish or anything hax unless you want me to murder you dead.@AnonymousRabbit , what is the karmic level of this Magical Girl?
Edit: Also yes. I can already smell the potential that this has...as long as it doesn't bother you too much.
Wait...it's not Ruki?Thirty Minutes Into the Outbreak
You woke up with the coppery taste of your own blood as you lay on the ground. Everything hurt, everything ached, your entire world revolved around the concept of excruciating agony for three long heartbeats.
Metal beams were the first few things which greeted your vision. The exposed electrical wires hanging above you let loose pathetic sparks at random intervals.
You could hear rain. You could feel pain. You felt like you're close to going insane. The darkness was suffocating and you could barely move.
It all happened so fast. As if the entire city was hit by a tsunami instead of a typhoon. You remembered... The screams and the froaning of metal. The fall which led you back into God's green earth.
You were with your friends... But now you didn' t know if they were alive. You need to call an ambulance. Someone... Anyone...
Breathing hard, you tried crawling out of the debris trapping you. You winced and flinch as jagged pieces of cement and steel cut into your knees and hands. Yet still you kept moving...
Finally after a few seconds, you were free...
You tried catching your breath and averted your gaze from your bloodied limbs as you looked for a way out. You were at the fifth floor of your friends' apartment before you fell... How you survived could be considered a miracle.
Stumbling through the fallen beams, you ducked and navigated through the ruined building for an exit. You passed by still corpses and bloodied windows...
This... This can't be the work of a typhoon... A terrorist attack?
You fought back the urge to vomit as you entered a hall. The door leading to the outside wouldn't budge, causing you to back track.
Your vision was starting to blur. You're losing too much blood. You can't die here...
You refused to die here. You still need to find...
...
You found yourself before a bedroom... The wall to the right had collapsed, revealing the gathering bank of gray clouds outside...
And flying around... Were monsters...
Twisted and perverse in their forms, they were beings that no normal could describe with words. And fighting these monsters was a girl in green... Wielding her shining flail she desperately cried and yelled as she fought five of these beasts.
You were confused... Why...? How..?
And then you watched the girl kneel down and let out a wail. You felt your blood run cold as you watched another abomination leave her body and rise up to meet with its brethren...
Did that girl... Just turn into a monster..?
"The final fate of the beings known as Magical Girls. I have been awaiting your arrival."
Turning around, you locked gazes with an odd white animal... You could have tagged it as cute if it didn't bear the look of a half dead cat.
It's crimson eyes boring into yours...
"Soon... I will vanish. An unexpected Anomaly had spread throughout this universe and had terminated our Operations. This will be the last contract I shall be making..."
Behindyou, the monsters had noticed your presence and had begun moving towards you. Their wicked claws, bent forms and twisted teeth gleaming... Violating the laws of reality with their very presence...
You were going to die...
"You are to die here according to the three thousand seven hundred and sixty five simualtions I have run. Only once did you have the chance to change the predetermined results..."
You swallowed the lump in your throat as you stepped away from the incoming beasts, the little white creature still speaking on your left as terror paralyzed your entire body...
"Now make a wish... And become a Magical Girl!"
Shutting your eyes and bracing yourself, you screamed...
[] I wish...
Puella Magi Rookie Magica=======
Should I run it?

Anything bigger will cause me to laugh the laughhter of the sleeping gods behind the stars.
I'm gonna need a co-GM for this one.
We have Firn for that! Here you'll have to bleed a lot to even get to Mami's level.

Oh, wait...this is a different quest from the one where Ruki wakes up...okay, than makes sense.Nope. Just a girl that contracted during the Outbreak, @Higure

I offer my services. While it means I won't get to play, I could use a learning experience and a nice little outlet where I can actually mess with my players properly instead of the reverse.

You definitely should, if you have the time and energy...I'd volunteer to Co-GM, but considering how bad I am at keeping up with even Rena alone, not to mention Fog, I probably wouldn't be too much help.
Interesting! i'll consider the applications that'll come up if anyone wants to help me and keep me from murdering everyone. I'll also need time to outline plots and hopefully this won't end up like KazumiQuest.I offer my services. Okay, trying to adjust...a bit simpler, and a bit more direct in some ways.
Honestly, it's more creepy if we don't have the common ground of both being Magi, so...that approach vector is included. She may be a little wary at first, but, if nothing else, it should get her attention.
[X] Ignore it...
-[X] Look around with your Eye.
-[X] Approach her.
--[X] "Are you always in such a rush, or is your boss working you to death?"
-[X] Introduce yourself as Amelia Ushiromiya, a new resident of the city.
--[X] You just got here, and you're trying to get your bearings. It's a lot to take in...
--[X] Make small talk for a little while, get her name.
[X]If the girl appears to be a Magus...
-[X] Once the conversation is going properly, muster a smile, "Um...to be honest, I'm kind of going crazy not knowing anyone...maybe you could show me around town? I...things are pretty dangerous around here, you know?"
--[X] Flash your ring meaningfully, "So...well, everyone a friend to watch out for them, right?"
[X]If the girl does NOT appear to be a Magus...
-[X] Once the conversation is going properly, muster a smile, "Um...to be honest, I'm kind of going crazy not knowing anyone. You think we could be friends, maybe? Go shopping together sometime or something?"
Wait...it's not Ruki?
I could help in Co-GMing the quest...although I'm a bit afraid considering that I have no experience. I can try to help regardless.
Eh, Adfligo's a really light hearted quest, actually...I mean, the only reasons things are tough over there is because of Sabrina's delusions of sainthood, paranoia, social incompetence, brain damage, and the players having a low tolerance for Time Stop abuse...which is understandable. Just saying that they could easily fix everything if they were willing to invest a real-time decade into it.
Nope.
Better to make a subtle approach than get her acting defensively right away. Also, we don't know who else might be in the region to sense that.If you want to admit to being a magical girl, won't it be easier to just pulse the gem?

Or explode their enemies, do risky experiments with Familiars for 3-4 days of "time" in Time Stop, and use that to create a world-wide cleansing network.
...or otherwise solve Entropy. Which they've already done by using Magic to Create Grief and transferring that to Kyubey...they just need to scale it up massively.
I think I can help keep you from murdering everyone.if anyone wants to help me and keep me from murdering everyone.
