Personally prefer to save it for a government member/high comand/company

Griffonian Republic Part 3

The Rebels are allying with the National Revolutionary Front

So each Species (Well; Ponies, Griffons, and Dogs at least) Has a unique Tech page in addition to all the regular techs. These each give different benefits

And here's what guns look like. Even pony guns for the most part. Don't ask how Ponies shoot guns, even they don't know.

The County of Longsword has broken into a civil war. On one side is the rebellious ponies under the leadership of Starry Night

The moderate militarists.

And the genocidal Reformisten movement under the leadership of Count Dusktalon

The Reformisten movement is lead by Wingried von Katerinburg of Hellguill. Cousin of the Mad Diellza of Katerin. He and his whole movement really, REALLY hate Ponies.

Forgot this last time but here's the last bit of the Empire. The Free City of Romau

Greifenmarschen has had one of it's many, MANY elections. Electing one Archibald Dawnfeather. Who seems a much more moderate figure. All and all he seems like a reasonable bird. And a writer of incestous clop fics, like you do.

Speaking of Princess Celestia. She's celebrating her absurd claim that she raises the sun.

Those darn rebels are committing the ultimate treason, allying with the monarchists of Cloudbury.

And are securing the city of Windford

Silvertalon has won the Longsword Civil War

Equestria is holding another party. Seems things are always peaceful in Equus.

Until the people of Olenia realized their King was a tyrant and rose up against him. Declaring a Communist Republic.

And in far more important news, there's a new Daring Do book out.

The Rebels are beginning to push south.

The Prywhen Civil War has ended in a victory for the Republican cause.

The Rebels are allying with many different members of the Old Guard, from Ultranationalists to conservatives.

Skyfall has embraced the Democracy under the leadership of Ghislain's far kinder and far more stylish niece.

And things I'd never expect from this mod. Prostitution scandals

Things have finally boiled over. Rosewing and Suntail are ready to plunge the entire nation into war in an attempt to remove the President-Marshal. The War for Cloudbury will soon begin.

Diamond Dog carcass in alley this morning, claw marks on burst stomach. This Republic is afraid of me. I have seen it's true face.

Things have finally broken out into full blown Civil War. And the Question of the hour is, do we side with the President-Marshal and the Republic, or do we side with the Mutineers?

[X] For the Republic (Griffonian Republic)

The Left-NRP will lead the Republic to victory against the reactionary scum!

Fresh off playing the rebels personally, so I'll go this way.

You know, it would be cool if in the future they implemented a system similar to the upcoming Spanish vanilla focus tree where if you do either the plot or stay loyal, the other tree plays out via missions that can be slowed down.

I know TNO has something similar going on with England, and they made mention of that long before HOI4 made it a mechanic. But yeah that would be neat.

Always did wonder how they managed to get that working since it was apparently in like the first dev diary they did.

It's probably a lot simpler now, but back then there wasn't even decisions. Probably an ungodly amount of event chains.

The short version is that it wasn't working, the long version is that it was a bunch of really broken code that got replaced. The way it currently works is that the Anarchy tag is used as a proxy for an AI, with it being able to take timed decisions that complete the opposing focus once they finish. By giving the ai triggers based on what foci the player is doing you can storta bodge together a proper ai from the mess that is the HoI4 engine.
