[X] Head to a cake shop in the School Gardens in District 7
You quickly walk back to the School Garden's as Ruiko wanted Misaki to show her around and show her some good places to eat. You agreed despite worrying that you might run into that Biribiri again due to the fact that the place Misaki wishes to go to eat is rather close to the Tokiwadai dorm. Of course your destination being a cake shop however...
You glance around as girls of all ages between twelve and eighteen stare at you. It's unnerving.
You sigh as you turn back to your strawberry cheesecake and take another bite. You of course are the only guy in the store. Hell even the people behind the counter are all women.
"Mattaku, you'd think that they haven't seen a guy in their entire life." You mumble. After swallowing your piece of cake of course.
"Well it's not every day you see a boy in the School Gardens." Misaki comments taking a bite of her Key lime pie.
"You girls really are like delicate princesses huh?" Ruiko comments putting her fork down slightly from her coffee cake.
"Excuse me, but could we sit here, it's kind of packed." A girl asks.
"Ah sure." You say.
"Kamijou Touma." You introduce yourself as she sits down.
"Shirai Kuroko." She replies.
"Oh? Aren't you that railgun's lackey?" Misaki muses with a grin.
"Eh? Mental Out!? What are you doing here!? You usually just send one of you're lackey's here to pick up sweets for you!" Shirai says shocked.
"You don't get out much do you?" You and Ruiko deadpan.
Misaki blushes in embarrassment before replying "Well I'm simply out here with my friend and his friend."
"Eh?" Shirai glances at you and Ruiko before her eye's widens at the sight of her.
"Ah! Saten-san I didn't realize it was you!" Shirai shouted in surprise.
Ruiko nodded before saying "This is my best friend Touma."
Suddenly Shirai starts as if just realizing something. "If your here where's Uiharu?"
You and Ruiko blink before turning to each other and shouting in panic "Ehhhhhhh!?"
Interlude - Sakugawa Middle School
"Eto...Saten-san? Saten-San this isn't funny! Where are you!?" Shouted one Uiharu Kazari.
Back To Your Regularly Scheduled Program
"How could we have possibly forgotten about Uiharu!?" You and Ruiko exclaim in panic.
"Calm down it's not like she can't get home by herself right?" Shirai says.
You and Ruiko sag in relief, laughing off your previous panic.
"You!" A familiar voice shouts.
"Oh, hey Biribiri." You greet her before realizing what you just said.
"You!" She growls.
What do you do?

Eager to see what you'll put, sorry for the late update. Please forgive this humble Quest Master!
She didn't stalk us at all to be honest. It's just the main character's supernatural bad luck causing him to meet the tsun again. And that answer is probably not the best idea as it's liable to get us drop kicked by the Tsun's Angry Lesbian Friend at the speed of Teleport.
Mikoto Misaka (aka Biribiri) is one of the most powerful espers in the city, a Level 5 (one man army level), known as the Railgun. She controls electricity and magnetism, and can shoot coins at people at five times the speed of sound, hence her moniker. She's also a tsundere for Touma.
Also, as mentioned Touma has supernatural bad luck. Imagine Breaker literally destroys his luck. It also supposedly destroys the red string of fate which ties destined couples together, which is supposedly why half the women he meets fall in love with him.

Also it's pretty much a running gag among the guys in his school about the fact that every girl in the school that meets him can't help but like him (EVEN THE TEACHERS!!!) to the point that they named it the Kami-yan disease and upon discovering that this girl
Who is known as the Iron Wall Girl by the boys due to ruthlessly shutting down every guy who's asked her out and being a large disciplinarian has a crush on Kamijour the boys freak the fuck out and start screaming to the heavens that the world is doomed and that the last line of defense has fallen as even the 'Iron Wall' has rusted...It was really quite funny.
[x] "Er, excuse me, I have to go. I kinda left one of my friend back at school, kay, thanks, bye!"
-[x] Time use those legs to skedaddle and get Uiharu. You know you will have to go back later, but you hope she'll be less Biribiri by then. Well, as less biribiri as biribiri could get anyway.

...Doubt Uiharu is actually still there but I'll use the Dice to see if she'll be there. Anything above fifty she's still over at her school anything below and she went to Judgement. If I get fifty that's a re-roll.

[X] "Yeah, me."
-[X] "Anyways, care to join us for cake?"
-[X] "I need to call a friend we left behind by mistake to let her know where we are. Hold on a sec." Call Uiharu and let her know where you are. Promise to treat her to a slice as a way of apology for forgetting her.

No. My plan is to retrieve our friend, then come back again after she has talked with the rest of the other people there, who presumably has agency like a normal human being, and talks about why they are there. At worst, she will be mad at Touma because of Misaki, but that's par the course for her.
Her relationship with Touma is generally a trigger knee-jerk reaction like my relationship with wall of texts and gratuitous Japanese, after all. I'd be all angry but eventually simply be grumpy about it but not so angry anymore after the initial outburst.
Matake is a person's name, see the character with the name in Shakugan no Shana. What you are referring to is "Mattaku," or sometimes shortened to "ttaku," but even then it's still gratuitous Japanese. Which I dislike.
