Crap, I'm an idiot. I tagged the right people, I just screwed up the names by accident.
And Heals-Hurts spent a lot longer then is represented in game. The way I see it, he spent a few years learning, and at the end of what was the quest line he became an assistant teacher to Colette, and then moved on to teaching his own class on Daedra (the different kinds, how to fight them, the Daedric Princes, etc.). While doing this he mastered all the other schools to aid in his missions, his favorites being restoration, alteration, and enchanting, and was finally made the new Arch-Mage when Savos retired.
Basically, a while.
(I just noticed that the question was how long he was Arch-Mage. I'd say around 8 years before he died.)

How do the various magic schools interact with the Wushu system, actually? Do we roll <Destruction> for general damage fluffed as thunder/ice/fire, or do we add special effects to emulate the Magicka damage lightning does or the slow effect of ice or the burn damage of fire?

And you are the fluffiest Bunnycat. Can't be to fluffy though, lest you end up fluffed, but do not fluff! The fluff Gods shall not fluff you! For you have mastered the fluff. Look how fluffy this sentence is! It is made of fluffy! Really brain?
That feel in RISK when you posses every continent but australia and you're just hammering away at an unstoppable wall of arnaments
On a more serious note, @Theaxofwar , is there anything overtly wrong with my sheet?
Its Seria Belbruk at the bottom of page 6

As I said in my post, you need backstory pre-meeting Heals-Hurts. What exactly does Seria do? Why is she obsessed with dwarven stuff? Why does she PUNCH things instead of using a weapon.
I need to know this stuff for optimization of the story.

Eola has been practising magic for most of her life, she was practically raised in the College of Winterhold. Because of this Eola has developed a firm understanding of the intricacies of magic, and the best ways to kill someone with it. After deeming herself sufficiently skilled, Eola left the College for two years to travel throughout the various holds. She spent much of her time being accosted by bandits and subsequently learning new ways to throw fire at someone while being shot at.
Despite specialising in Destruction, Eola knows that not all of life's problems can be solved by just throwing fire, lighting or ice at it. Instead she makes her and the problem's friends do it for her. Her journey across Skyrim simply drove those thoughts further into Eola's mind, causing her to develop an affinity for Illusion, Resoration and Conjuration magicks tonsupplement her more explosive talents.
Despite her magical prowess, Eola would be hard pressed to scare a rabbit with just her physical capabilities. Her intense focus on the arcane became a detriment to her other less magical abilities.
Eola met the Dragonborn when Heals-Hurts began teaching a class on Daedra. They had a lengthy discussion over the most effective ways to heal and repair another person's body, and Eola realised that she still had much to learn about the various schools of magic. Her conversations with the newest professor were one of the driving influences for her journey, Heals-Hurts had said numerous times that while gaining knowledge was a good way to improve oneself, sometimes you needed experience to go any further.
She hopes to take the title of Archmage now that Heals-Hurts has passed, however a letter from the deceased man may put a wrench in those plans
Skills:
Destruction: (9) Eola is a almost a master of destroying her enemies, and can be very creative about it as well.
Illusion: (8) Eola is extremely skilled at getting others to listen to that little voice in their heads that says to stab their friend.
Restoration: (7) Eola prefers to keep her friends healthy thank you very much.
Conjuration: (7) Eola can just about summon most creatures... not that she should.
Alteration: (6) Eola is fairly proficient at turning lead to gold, among other materials.
Weakness
Intimidate: (2) Eola is about as intimidating as a soaked kitten.
Dodge: (3) Eola is fairly slow on her feet.
Spells/Techniques:
Insidious Whispers: Eola weaves various spells together and turns a weak-willed opponent into a gibbering, crying mess. Minus two Yin dice for three Turns. Cost: 2 Magicka
Overclock: Eola forces as much power as she can into a single, devastating attack. Add Three Yang Dice to a single attack. Cost 1 Magicka
Get Back Up And Protect Me!: Eola infuses her allies with Resoring Magicks. Heal three allies by one Chi. Cost: two Magicka
Chi: 3/3
Current Magicka Score: 0
Magicka Cap: 6

Hopefully this is good
EDIT: Realised that I hadn't put in a way for the DB to know who I am.
So...I kinda forgot to link @See my smile's sheet in the original list. I tacked it on later in a post I tagged you in. You have evaluated Zaag with everyone else, right?

By the way, I have a concern. Who gets in is based on character quality, not team cohesion. Will the NPCs you add fill the gaps in the approved party? Because I'm sure there will be gaps, one way or another.

So I just realized something critical: Skill enchantments mixed with a native 9 in a skill could be game-breaking. For example, Glendi has a 9 in Blunt Weapon Mastery. If he equips a pair of gauntlets that fortify Blunt Weapon Use, that skill will have to, at minimum, increase to 10. So as long as Glendil wields those gloves, he cannot fail any Blunt Weapon rolls, making his attacks impossible to defend against except in circumstances where the monster lucks out.
This applies to any character with a skill of 9 who equips an item that enhances that skill. For that reason, I think it's important that you institute a rule that prevents skills from being raised past 9 by any means.

I'm sure that we''ll be able to hire mooks at some point or another. Until then we might have to make do until we get the funds/clout/whatever to get something to help with that.
I got nothing more to offer in term of world building and backstory. All I can promise is biopunk zombies and similar affronts against the natural order.
Also internal drama and tension, but mostly Science!!!
I dare say Elsinore's playstyle is completely unique from all other characters. She operates like a 4x game with the diplomacy button turned off.

Well you are playing as technically two characters.
And now im wondering how a Summoner would fare...
If i HAD chosen to play a summoner, i would likely have included the best spell in skyrim though
Summon Exploding Fammiliar
