From a meta perspective I suspect Kaworu is telling the truth and we can't find Danny this way, but 1) I'm more interested in GG than Kaworu for screen time, and 2) I don't think Taylor can forgive herself for doing nothing even when there is nothing to be done.

So we chose our humanity, we got Kaworu with us, and now he is suggesting to work on our powers... Seems legit!
