I'm really tempted by +3 cycles, but there is something to be said for denying the enemy information and then utilizing surprise improvements in military capabilities.

Ah, whoops, I'll fix that detail.

Of course, the fact that the Spaniard doesn't have an adjective describing it as minor is telling in and of itself, but it is true that we don't know for sure that there aren't even larger and stronger polities than the Spaniard floating around.

So, uh, #TechnicallyCorrect I guess. :V

@Cetashwayo , what would happen if we died and Hardened Personality Backups was not online? I'm guessing it would be bad, which is why I want it to be our next upgrade after we get the Salvage we need.

Well, I think some more defensive and offensive capabilities are prudent in Arachnes current position, she was contacted for her ability to fight and there are others who are eyeing her up right now and I gues debating if the risk of an attack outweighs the gains. The encryption because getting secure communications are amongst the first rules of conflict, conflict has many first rules.

So is there a reason Self-Replication Protocols wasn't a vote option? The narration didn't call out anything for why 'have a bigger army cap' isn't on the list when the limiter is that we know there's an enemy out there.

Because having a higher army cap when you haven't even filled your current cap, and when reserves are far less powerful than your own carapace, is not immediately useful.
