This has the two decisions I wanted to do, so I'm going for this.
 
[X]Plan: Warfare, political or otherwise
-[X] Direct the Union Army to immediately march on the last remnant of the Confederate States.
-[X] Open an investigation into the possible complicity of Congressional Copperheads in the White Camelia Conspiracy
-[X] Allow Congress to hold a vote to appoint a Vice President.
-[X] Promise to open the floor of Congress for debate on new Constitutional amendments.
 
[X] Plan: Secure the Home Front
-[X] Open an investigation into the possible complicity of Congressional Copperheads in the White Camelia Conspiracy.
-[X] Agree to hold an emergency Presidential election at the earliest possible convenience.
-[X] Allow Congress to hold a vote to appoint a Vice President.
-[X] Promise to open the floor of Congress for debate on new Constitutional amendments.

I am very wary of those logistical complications on heading west without further prep, especially after we chose not to prioritize the west. I want to focus on securing a better deal for our politics, shoving Congress into a new normal with both carrots and sticks, then come back to the fight once we've laid more groundwork.
