Suddenly, she feels ... different somehow. Knowledge of how to activate her new power enters her thoughts. Not right now, she thought, dismissing the desire.
"I want an explanation," she snapped at him.
"Alright, so you transported Algernon, a sentient rat, to Augur, one of our allies," he explained. "Algernon is an example of a mind control tinker's work. I think he's called Headspace. Headspace's boss wants to sell to Augur through us. Apparently they don't trust Augur to try to make a grab on Headspace, which is fair."
" ... What?"
"Anyways, your next assignment is a little more difficult than delivery. I was planning on giving you this later, but earlier is better," he said, shrugging. "Find a snitch of the gang and grab him. He's spilling secrets. Name is Chadwick Thomas and he's currently in police custody though he's due to be turned over to the Protectorate and PRT in an about a week. We figure he's just in the jail cells of the Washington station. Try not to kill him, Marquis wants him alive."

Healing: Heal an ally to half health with a mosquito like needle from your finger. Completely painless with no itch!
Self Heal: Heal to half health.
BEES!: These poisonous insects from the body can act as a scouting swarm or an attacking swarm.
Wings: You can grow various types of wings in order to fly.

We still need a mask, a name, and a persona before our debut by the way. I'm kind of feeling the name Handmaiden. But, yeah, time to look at the powers we currently have and brainstorm.

I was going to say we should just wear our hobo clothes but then I remembered we don't look human. We'd just get captured. We should brake a mission to get another power for those loosey goosey bones so we can go thru the vents.
Edit: We'd just get captured by the PRT/Protectorate directly.

"I'm going shopping," Aubrey decided. Morningstar was already heading to his bedroom to sleep.
"Yeah, whatever," he said throwing his hand up carelessly.
She went to a large outlet store and bought a lot of clothes and real actual food. Then she called a cab allowed her to transport her items. She was surprised to find that she knew how to cook and wondered if it was from a previous life.
Trying to hang out with Morningstar was fairly easy. She would set up a delicious meal and he would appear quickly, eating at the table. He would offer bits of information like how they had someone inside the police department which is how they knew that Chadwick was snitching on them. They also had a tailor that would make their costumes and Aubreys. She was a little miffed that she wouldn't get to design it but he had pointed out that she was not a fashion designer.
Trying to hang out with the Baroness was impossible as the Marquis and Morningstar were too busy to accompany Aubrey to meet her. Marquis was more willing to hang out with Aubrey but apologized as he would not be able to do so this week due to delicate negotiations with Augur. Hanging out with the normal members of the Gentlemen were slightly awkward as Morningstar had made it clear she was a parahuman. They mostly sweated and answered in one syllables.
Aubrey spent three days relaxing and researching. She felt like she had everything she needed.

I'm still for getting into hobo clothes, putting some dirt and poop on us so our face isn't immediately recognizable and we stink so bad nobody wants to get too close anyway then fight from the inside out. PRT/Protectorate response time will be the slowest here.
If we do a full frontal assault I suggest getting to the Tailor first for a heavy protected military type suit. Then finding where the electric power is fed into the building and destroy that. Then attack.

My thought was to walk in there in uniform and state that we needed them for an ongoing investigation and just… not come back. But this plan ended up being more complicated than I thought because you're right they would demand paperwork and etc.
So, I am still thinking up a plan, but currently too busy.

I'll vote for something, I just need to think about the options for the breakout. Jailbreak is a lot harder to do than smuggling.
Okay for the first part let's not wing it. Jail break of a prisoner is a serious crime and failure to do so will most likely land us in jail. As of the moment these people are our one affiliation but haven't displayed to us much in terms of loyalty other than this one mission. There is the possibility of them just using us as a sacrificial pawn and deny helping us if we get arrested. So during the jailbreak, I would like us to consider a viable way to improve our chances. I am partial towards a disguise, then try to break our target out during a middle of a giant distraction like a monster attack.
As we have superpowers as a lightning bolt bee hive, I think we might be able to leverage some of that use to us. The target if injured can be healed, and so can we so we can take a beating. As a lightning bolt we do have the ability to just get in an our so long as we have some form of exit route, so escape doesn't seem that impossible. The bees can be used as a distraction.
What if we used the bees and our lightning powers to disable the police station connection to the power grid, force them to use the backup generators, and then have the bees swarm and damage the backup generators ? It would cause major confusion which would allow us with our disguises to appear inconspicuous or at least not as noticeable as some major attack. They might expect this attack from multiple supervillains with distinct powers than our Chimera grab bag set of tricks. Remember we can use the Bees for complex actions such as scouting so we can use them with a bit more nuance.
This is also based on if the other members of this organization are not willing to lend us aid. My assumption is that either they don't care enough for this target since they are using us as the main plan, or maybe we are the distraction and they'll get someone stronger than us to do the actual extraction.
