    They woke up feeling gross and grimey. Raising their upper body, a rotten banana peel fell off their head and landed on their hand. They flinched and their back bursted out with wings of feathers. They gingerly touched one wing in shock.

    What happened to me? Who am I? They thought, scared. They stood up unsteadily and suddenly realized they were naked and had no genitals. They were smooth like a Ken doll. Embarrassed regardless, they started looking through the garbage for clothes. They found an old Assault shirt and denim overalls. It smelled bad but for some reason the Assault shirt brought a feeling of fondness.

    What do you do?

    [?] Molting: After surviving damage for an extended amount of time your body will molt. Shedding an outer layer to reveal a healed body. Heavier the damage the more denser and badass the body will appear after the fact.

    They decided to head into the woods, working on their gut feeling. Several hours later, they found themselves hungry and thirsty though they experimented with their powers in the cover of the trees and found out they had the ability to produce bees from their body as well as heal from any scrapes or cuts. They stumbled upon a large manse. There was an enormous swimming pool in the back in which a girl with short frizzy brown hair was sleeping on a lounge chair next to it. A man in a suit stood nearby, his hand on his ear.

    What do you do?

    [ ] Go to the swimming pool and start drinking the water. You're so thirsty!

    [ ] Leave. It's too dangerous. Find a river and drink from there. Hunt your food raw, which could potentially hurt your stomach.

    [ ] Attack them! Eat them!

    [ ] Write In.

    I know this is going to go poorly anyway we do this but really drinking chlorine and other pool chemicals is dumb.

    They emerged from the treeline and headed to the man in the suit who seemed to tense at your appearance. Stopping when he not so subtly pulls out his gun at twenty feet, but keeps it aimed at the ground, they clear their throat.

    "Could I please have some drinking water?" They ask politely. The man pressed his hand against his ear against, seemingly listening to something.

    " ... Alright, but don't move," he barked out, before going inside the house. The young girl cracked open an eye and sat up to look at you.

    "You really shouldn't be here. It's quite rude to break the rules," she admonished, before sighing. "I suppose it is because they're unwritten."

    The man came out with a bottle of water and tossed it to them. They caught it before opening it and drinking greedy gulps. Another man appears, dressed more casually in a sweater and slacks with no shoes. He looks similar to the girl and they wonder if he is a relative. He folded his arms across his chest.

    "Who are you? What faction are you from? I don't like threats," he asked, frowning. "Too dark for the Empire at least."

    What do you say?

    [ ] I don't know. I don't remember anything. Who are you?

    [ ] Attack them with BEES.

    [ ] Write In.

    So, yeah, pretty sure this actually is Amelia and Marquis. And, if they are, I absolutely want to join them.

    If it is, then it must be a Alt timeline in which Marquis never got captured and instead raised Amy himself.
    because the man says this "too dark to be empire". Since by the time Ward comes around the Empire is finished.

    Yeah, that's what I figure. And Amelia, if triggered, and our powerset has crazy synergy.

    "I don't know. I don't remember anything. Who are you?" They said honestly. The man examined you closely for a moment, before nodding to himself.

    "Interesting. I am Marquis, and this is Baroness," he introduced himself and the younger girl. "What is your power?"

    "I can grow bees that I can control and grow wings to fly? I think I can heal people as well," They said uncertainly. He grinned as he walked up to you and offered a hand for you to shake.

    "I'd like to extend an invite for you to stay at one of my safehouses. I'll provide you with food, safety, and shelter in exchange for your services," he said. Baroness sighed and stood up from her chair.

    "Don't I get a say in this?" she said snippy. He gave her a look and she threw up her hands to go inside the houses, the other man following her in.

    What do you do?

    [ ] Shake his hand. Sounds like a good deal.

    [ ] Refuse and leave. You don't want to be tied down.
