[X] Report back to Quentin in the dorm… if he's still there and hasn't disappeared like usual.
Yeah, probably a smart idea.

We should let the others know we have a room booked.

Well, you've put it off long enough. You should probably go tell Kid Omega you scheduled some time in the training room. You should probably also exchange numbers with everyone so tracking them down isn't such a pain in the ass in the future. Unlike Kitty, you have to take the long way back to your dorm, but it's a pleasant walk. You were heading that way anyhow, so you enjoy the evening air, watching your fellow students relax and soak in life before things get hectic. You wonder how many people will still be kicking around here this weekend. Will there be big dorm parties? Will everyone go into the city to have a night on the town? You're fairly local, but you know most of the members of your group are from elsewhere in America. This might be a lot of people's first chance to really see the sights of New York.

Finally, you arrive at the dorm and almost run into Quentin as the foyer door zips open.

"Oh! Vilina. How delightful! I was just heading out to look for you."

"Yes, likewise. I wanted to tell you I booked an hour in the training room. We're scheduled about…" you look at your phone, "forty-five minutes from now."

"Wonderful! Yes, Kitty told Elvin and I, and we passed it along to Robbie and Roxy as they filtered in. You have my deepest, sincerest gratitude."

"It's… not a problem." With both doors shut and two of you standing here, you suddenly become aware of how small the foyer is… "… what was it you were looking for me for, then?"

"Ah! Well… I'm afraid we won't have time now, but…" he hems and haws for a moment, grimaces, then drops his voice to a low, inconspicuous tone. "I have some friends I'd like you to meet. Off-campus. It's nothing sketchy; they're just mutants, like me, only they're not quite so lucky to be attending the Phillip J. Coulson Memorial Academy. But… I think you'd do a lot of good for each other. And they're a load of fun."

You're not sure Quentin knows how to act anything but suspicious. "… just me?"

"For now, yes. They'd probably get a kick out of all of you, but… I'd like to test the waters first and you're the one I feel like I can trust the most. Say… after training tonight?"

OOC: I might not leave this vote up for as long as usual because it's sort of cut and dry. We'll see how discussion goes and when the votes start to taper off.

Seems like the earliest option to decide our Power Origin, and these are probably the types of Mutants with physical mutations and/or weak abilities. So the type easy to condemn as monsters, whose powers wouldn't help against bullets.

I was not trying to be funny with my comment. I am actually somewhat worried. Put bluntly, I don't trust Kid Omega, and I won't trust him until he actually gives me a reason to do so.

Blind faith is how people get hurt. Especially in settings like this.

Please note that what posts he has been rating insightful. I think that might be important.
