The Sundered Epoch

It's interesting how we fell through the world of shades when we died. If this is set up like Dex's other works (which, considering the voice lords in the space between, it is) we traveled through the spirit world to reach somewhere with mega deja vu and an absolute asshole with a clock face talkin' shit.

I can't imagine that the furnace is what did this, so what's going on?

[X] Take sword, what else can you do after all?
[X] Okay, now what? Doubt I'm strong enough to fight a dragon even with a sword. How do we gain strength?

"Dragons can't die", you're a swordswoman, the first lesson you should have learned is anything can die if you cut it in the right place.

No wonder your master despaired.

-[X] Are there any training grounds in the area, places we can fight low level/risk enemies?

Run 1-6

Combat:

Toree is now in combat. Your choices are to combine Knacks (left hexagons) with Skills (right hexagons) from the Knacks and Skills menu.

You can also choose to do something that isn't a set of a Knack and a Skill, though success of the action depends on succeeding an appropriate roll against a modifier of how difficult it is. Stepping to the side is easier than backflipping away 3 times in a row after all.

As a reminder, here are the currently revealed elements of the menu:

Thank you for your patience everyone! I just didn't manage to update yesterday.

...Also whoops, forgot to close the vote. Oh well.

Combat time!

[X] Kick now empty supple scabbard towards enemy to trop them up
[X] Stand Still, and then when enemy is close enough use First Slash

[X] The most basic of maneuvers; [Stay Still], and [First Slash] as it approaches.

Here we go!

[X] Stand Still, you outrange this ballock. Let them come to you. When they attack, cut off the offending limb with a First Slash, then go for a second slash on their ball-torso thing.

[X] We have but one knack and one skill, use them when most appropriate.

Passives autoactivate as appropriate, right? I hope so, because it would be very embarassing if it turns out we should have First Guarded instead of Standing Still.
