If it can be done, well just going to make building a Granary into the biggest action available in the hopes of getting some solid benefits from it.

Yeah, unless otherwise noted, costs and benefits double.

To clarify: one step up in action size is doubling, two would be quadrupling. Again, this is unless otherwise noted.

Depending on how things go, do you think it would be a good idea to do an all in shrine after building up luxuries?

Edit:Yes, I am all for pushing the caps as high as it will go.

Would like to see how a major action is on a settlement action so we can figure out the value of such actions in the future. Also keep in mind food will increase due to being below our cap.
