Lets go over the skills that Batman has that Barbie doesn't. The ability to take millions/10s of millions of dollars a year from a successful business without accidently running it into the ground from stopping your company from reinvesting that money or paying it to the workers to made that money. The ability to make a company lose 10s of millions of dollars from having to stop whatever evil capitalist plan your company is up to when you where off doing your hobbies without making the company collapse from your absentee management style. The ability to hide 100s of millions of dollars with illegal accounting practices so no one has to find out what you are actually spending your money on. Unfortunately all those skills require you to already have a company that you can parasitically suck from so they aren't that useful either.

Both of them have the ability to fit all that in a somewhat normal human mid adult lifespan ... somehow

Note that Bruce has a sizeable personal fortune and likely a good sized, but real-life sized, paycheck, he's not embezzling, and Wayne Enterprises tends *not* to engage in evil capitalist plans (he does keep an eye on the board after all). It's not rare he'll have them suddenly buy out something to foil someone else's evil capitalist plans, but that's often reasonably long-term profitable. Wayne Enterprises is worth hundreds of billions easily. This is the kind of company that can take a loss of billions- and soak it.
