Look at the tags. It's labeled 'Princess Peach' and 'Corruption'.

Bowsette, as she is frequently drawn, is a re-skinning of Peach with big demon horns to signify she's Bowser. This doujinshi, on the other hand, seems to have Peach herself, who has grown horns to signify that she is 'corrupted', I presume into some kind of demon.

In other words, the same visual design was most likely reached through two different avenues.

EDIT: Just looked it up and I was a little off- The 'doujin' in question is a sequence of pictures where Peach is dressed like Bowser, but given the pictures also feature Bowser in a... Very Prominent role, I think it's still safe to say that this isn't time travel.

The thing I love most about this, at least thus far is that because Bowsette is completely unofficial, everyone has their own take on her, and they're all great. All the visual variances and takes on relationship an attitude changes are all awesome.

Wario and Waluigi exist because 'warui' is Japanese for bad, and the upside-down M is a W. They're literally 'bad Mario' and 'bad Luigi.' It's not really applicable for Peach.

Doujin is of a corrupted Peach, not Bowsette. No Super Crown, no tail, no shell.

At least two on FFN that aren't porn/oneshots that seem semi-serious ("The Glory Of Bowsette" and "Visiting The Koopa Queen").
Course, they're also really new and undeveloped, so that's just what I got at a skim.

I can't always source them because the people I get them from don't always source them either or provide pictures with easily useable watermarks, and I have no doubt other people have this trouble as well.

If you really want sources that badly, then have this mental image burned into your brain:
