Ahhh... well he'd need to be a bit more descriptive for it to work than that. And he forgot [X] in front of it. But thank you for explaining that, I literally had no idea what he was saying.
 
Hmmm how fast the plague will evolved and change the infected here? Wonder if we can quickly upgrade ourselves with simian's..

Well firstly it will only evolve through your efforts of trying to figure out how to make your powers do various things and the amount of information you have, ie. amount of infected or study on this world's diseases. Changing the infected such as others will take somewhere around the time period of a day, while your own biological alterations will be much shorter. And yes you could quickly upgrade yourself with Simian Flu if you figure out how to use it right.

Speaking of, I have yet to see any voters. Are you all trying to think of ways to use the Plague?

Well when you want a plague to go somewhere you focus on how to transmit it, be it the rats or avians, or sneezing or etc. Evolving a symptom normally needs information from humans and focusing on what you need/want from it. If you need I can provide an example of what would be a proper way to do this?

Something like letting ourselves get bitten
by a mosquito infected by the virus and letting it travel through our bloodstream until it reaches the part we want to infect/change?
 
Okay since nobody has a clue what I mean I shall give an example for it this once, which if you wish to use the Simian Flu just vote for it.

The Simian Flu works on account of a virus mainly based in the brain. For Neural Enhancement such as the one I am suggesting she is doing currently you would need to allow the Virus to enter Emily's brain and allow it to re-write portions of her DNA, resulting in an improvement to her existing Neural Pathways. That is what I mean by making your explanations sound 'scientific'. Outline the steps you wish to perform, what the virus/bacteria/whatever would do, and the end-goal.

[X] Figure out what you mean by apply it.
-[X]Have the Flu travel through the body by the bloodstream and reach the brain
-[X]once it reaches the brain have it rewrite the cells in the brain in a way to improve existing neural pathways and possibly create new ones
-[X]once thats done have the virus lay dormant/ not affect us anymore

Correct. Everyone may suggest different avenues of how it should infect or do the thing and for each one I shall have Emily think over it, until one that I deem to work she 'thinks' of and uses.

But make it start with [X] Figure out what you mean by apply it. So I can vote count it, if you would.
 
Are we only able to vote for simian flu? Or could we vote for others? Also is one upgrade (like transmission,or toughness) applied near universally to all of our plague?

Currently you can only vote for Simian because that is what Emily is focused on. Later on when she has free time to herself you're allowed to vote for whatever. And no an upgrade to one Plague is not universally shared among them all, but it does make it significantly easier for you to get the same things for other Plagues.

-[X] Move them to the surface of the skin and see how it fare against the outsides
-[X] Make or see if they are mutated or not.

Probably when I get at least 5 votes. Even if people don't know how to do the biological stuff they can still talk or vote for other's plans. Or ask Seras questions instead.

Thinking upon all this a slight knowledge of Plague Inc is preferred for working alongside others. Anyways I have to say that the Simian Flu that is being used currently is not capable of that. The Necroa Virus is, so when she has free time to herself then you suggest this.
