The Grim Darkness in a Galaxy Far, Far Away - A Grimdark Star Wars Timeline

Yeah, also I wanted to ask, is the trade federation still a thing in this timeline or they don't exists due to the droid law
The Trade Federation would exist, however, their droids would be semi-sentient, and used for purely non-militaristic purposes, though during the Clones Wars, they would use sentient droids against the law, refitting them for war

Would you mind if I made new alien species? Star Wars (Canon and Legend) has introduced characters that are apart of unnamed species

Cabal: an militaristic race of hulking warriors that can match wookies and transdoshans combined just by their sheer strength. They have male and female genders and can reproduce sexually. They're equivalent to marsupial as their babies as their babies are born undeveloped and finished fetal development in an pouch, not unlike a seahorse. Their society is a military meritocracy, with Emperor/Empress being the only rank exclusive to the royal family. They are allied with the GI and often acts as heavy troopers for the Guardsman, as their size requires usage of heavy (by human standard) weapons and armor.

(Cabal from Destiny. I have one species that is OC. What do you think of this species @AstralFists )

Gremineer: a race of goblin-like creatures that are extremely proficient with machines. In fact, many of them are Magisters of the machine cult as their technological prowess is legendary even among Cordellian Magisters, as they can easily create potent weapons and artilleries. They are recruited by the GI military as Guardsmen, however they formed Tech-Squads and worked with Mechanized Regiments.

(I combined Gremlin and Engineer . What do you think @AstralFists )

Interesting takes on new species

For the eye of terror and the unknown realms, are they a same thing in this universe, or The unknown realms are the extension of the eye of terror?

The Unknown Regions, or the Segmentum Umbrum is an area resultant from the Eye of Terror, the closer you are to it, the harder it is for hyperspace travel

Red Legion: if you want elite troopers to send an message to the enemies of the GI, you send the Red Legion, the best of the best of the Imperial Legion and most often candidates for the Praetorian Guard.
