While I wouldn't mind the general winning, the killer appeals to more on aesthetic level.

Seems to fit well. Crafter is a bad idea given SV. Killer... could be interesting? Not sure if forbidden knowledge also plays badly to SV's impulses though.

I won't lie, this blurb just speaks to me. Something about that last sentence feels right.

I'm sure Maugan can make necromancy cool, but military command seems to play into Farah's actual proclivities a lot better.

I want to be a crafter because I want to reverse the trend that erased Siderals from memory, Which would mean repairing the loom of fate. It would also make us guilty again of the upsurption but wouldn't that just make things more interesting.

Edit Deleted vote for now, need more time to think.

Let's get our army pants on! (Okay admittedly I don't know if Armies will work like that but it's still a mental image I find hilarious.)

I'm also a bit tired of being a crafter and I think a general matches our characters ark better than a titan killer.

Looking at every part of Farah's chargen so far... Sh'yeah, that ain't happening, sorry. There is basically no part of her character concept that shows any interest in being a crafter.

Looking at the wording, is it actully a crafter, or just a metaphorical crafting? I mean, Sidereals aren't exactly craft-focused Exalts. They craft destinies mostly, Artifacts rarely if at all. Heaven has plenty of divine artisans and the Bureau of Destiny can just loan you gear if you need it. We're hardly going to have spare months and years for forging daiklaves and the like.

I dunno, the idea of a craft-focused Sidereal is just so out there, that I don't know if the option actually means what people think it means.

Sidereals are the sort of crafter where the capstone of their tree is Implicit Construction Methodology, a Charm that allows you to undertake Craft projects without... actually... working on them. You just set up a workshop, stock it with the requisite materials, then bind prayer strips around your hands and keep on going out and being Magic Demigod 007 while your project constructs itself.

In other words, Sidereals are the sort of master crafters who spend no time being crafters.
