That Reminds me, are you technically playing Modena? I think their Duchess is Bonnie Prince Charlie's Mom. . .
His grandmother, as his mother was Polish. I could also handle diplomacy for Modena, considering they are a French ally, but I think that would be a lot for one player to control.

Modena is Neutral, they haven't sent a single Soldier to the French Army in North Italy
I think that might be partially because no one has included them in their plans. They did affirm their support for France in diplomacy.
