The Trouble With Crybabies 01

That's right, Emily.

Lethargically, making it over to the unconscious girl. She's still breathing and you don't see any serious wounds from a passing glance. So, she's just out cold then? . . . You begin to shake her somewhat annoyed. Nothing; not even a reaction or so much as a moan of protest. Fine then. You cup your hands around her ears and begin digging your nails painfully into her flesh. That got her attention.

Flopping, about now. Limbs going all over place; Emily, slowly, but surely came too. When she had finally awakened, Emily was greeted with the sight of you staring her down with a frown on your face. She squeaks out again and you move away. "Emily are you okay?"

She blinks confused. "Y-y-yes, what h-happened?"

"You were knocked out cold by a Noise." Note-to-self, don't do what Emily did. "It seems we're done here. Can you get up?"

Emily nods and tries to stand only to yelp out in agony and fall on her knees. She begins sniffling and crying from pain presumably. Shaking your head, "I take it you need help then?"

Looking ashamed and flustered she nods; gently you help Emily to her feet. "Lean on me. . ." She complies and becomes even redder of face, did the Noise poison her or something? "Still hurts?"

"Y-y-yes."

. . . What are you going to do with her?

"E-eve?"

"Emily?"

". . . . I'm s-s-sorry." For some, odd reason, she looked suddenly downcast and depressed. "I d-didn't do a-a-anything to help y-you."

Oh, that? "You worry too much."

Emily gave you a bewildered look. ". . . You aren't upset?"

You stare at her for a moment. Mildly disappointed would have been a better word. But there's no need to tell her that. For what little she did do, she served as an excellent meat-shield and deterrent. So in a way, she did admirably enough, you suppose.

"No." You sigh. ". . . You tried your best, didn't you?"

"I. . ."

"Then don't worry about it."

"E-eve!!"

She seems to be crying even harder, now. Maybe you said something wrong? Now that Emily's awake, you should. . .

[] . . . Use the intercoms. Contact Dr. Julius.

[] (Emotion: Write-in) . . . Talk to Emily.
- [] Why do you cry so much?
- [] You should be more careful y'know.
- [] What's your Relic?
- [] Write-in

[] Look for a metal pole or something. Maybe Emily can use it as a clutch?
- [] While you're at it. . . see about finding a med-kit. Its lab, right? It might make her stop crying from pain.

[] Head over to the testing area. . .

Stop being so Mumi, Emily this is the wrong quest for it!
Does Tyrfang have any powers other than being the type of thing the edgy guy in all black who shows up mid season would use?

If this is how the dialogue is supposed to be read, then it seems to switch speakers partway through. Who does the double-line and where, if I might ask?

You got it almost right. The 'No' is Eve. A key difference is the distinct lack of stuttering. But I'll keep this in mind.

I think for dialogue instead of separate them into two lines for same person, make it one line, or slipped in an action
e.g
"No."

". . . You tried your best, didn't you?"

Maybe should be:
"No,. . . You tried your best, didn't you?"

or

"No." You shakes your head "You tried your best, didn't you?"

....but Pink is Eve and Green is Emily here. Which, if "No." is Eve, then that appears to mean that Eve stutters out her own name. Which doesn't make sense unless I'm misreading something?
Eve : "No."

Eve :". . . You tried your best, didn't you?"

Emily :"I. . ."

Eve :"Then don't worry about it."

Emily :"E-eve!!"

[X] . . . Use the intercoms. Contact Dr. Julius.

[X] Calm Emily down, do it awkward like how Dr. Julius did when you cried. The one with headpats and hugs
-[X] (Calming) "Shhhh. There, there"

We awkward big sister/mature imouto now.

I wonder what the eventual fallout of Emily killing those people Is going to be? When the bodies get examined people are gonna know the noise didn't kill them, so Eve is going to be questioned for sure. What do we say to that?

XD wow, just like that huh? It just feels weird with the few current votes now and then few turns later we rat her out.
Well, if we go attached to her, and there is a way, we could do something.

Besides, she's successful activating a relic till n. She won't be disposed. So either she flees, or she watched under probation, says like Amber?

Unless they have hostage, lock the whole facility down, or Julius is actually a JoJo character. It's hard for them to stop Emily from ran way, except us that is.

We can also ask Julius, for Emily to become our punchingba meatshield teddy bear, I mean playmate.

To be honest, I am just grinding for charisma right now.

Alright I guess we'll deal with it when it comes up. If actually, who knows what the Gm will do?
