[X] Tell Tala the truth about what happened: your master almost failing you, Sako, and his broken promises. Even if it means revealing a secret shared only with your master.

You know what fuck it.

Let's talk a bit with Bitchy!Tai Lee.

[X] Tell Tala the truth about what happened: your master almost failing you, Sako, and his broken promises. Even if it means revealing a secret shared only with your master.

This is going to go weird I can tell but it'll be the funny weird.

Would a write in in which our protagonist simply says that she doesn't want to talk to it be okay? It seems like there should be a middle option between telling everything and resorting to lies. Why can't she simply say that it is private and that she doesn't feel comfortable sharing it with other people?

[X] Lie to Tala and tell her nothing happened. She will almost certainly know you're lying, but you can't trust her, and you handle this yourself. You always have.

Because I'm pretty sure she already did that and Tala, well, Tala'd right through it.

We are in desperate need of an outlet.

I actually really like Tala. As a character, she's interesting but even as a person I wouldn't write her actions off as purely malicious. She sees Vashti wondering around in something of a rut and pushes till she gets a reaction. It seems to be at least partly for amusement, even Vashti was somewhat amused, but I also think it was her only way to try and help.

I still don't think we can completely trust her. Especially as a new Vicar, I'd rather not immediately betray the Order's secrets. If we must talk, let's talk to Baba!

You probably could but it's not going to do much either way. Tala isn't going to be more mad at you for lying than for saying nothing. Hell she might needle you more, and it does nothing for Vashti :p

You've already told her before that nothing much happened but she can see through it.

Vashti is actually extremely reluctant to talk to her grandmother about it because she's almost certain her grandmother will take it badly and immediately go confront Godei.

Aw, I love her already.

I don't like Tala.

Keeping stuff bottled up isn't healthy, but these things seem to be fairly private and secret stuff, so you'd still want to think carefully about whether you really should be telling people about it, and if you did decide to tell about it, you'd want to be very careful about who you tell it to. I may have only just met her, but Tala, ah, does not seem like the right person for that.

Absolutely not.

To be fair, i like that she's kind of horrible, but uh, Vashti telling her feels uncomfortably like being badgered into submission and I will not stand for peer pressuring! Even if its only one person!!

Basically this is the option that we blandly and boldly lie to her face. She knows and We know she knows, and etc ad inifitim, and this can be a kind of test of character too, because if she gets pissy about it that means we were correct and if we feel like it we can tell her later.
