We're not so much a vault but rather a peanut gallery.
It's more of a vault of information. Too much for a human brain to process, so it comes with voices that feed you whatever information is relevant. I also tried to make the initials the same as the site.

If the Third Magic can be called Heaven's Feel despite it being a soul based shenanigans, then a collection of information (that comes with voices to tell you that information) can be called Supreme Vault.

Oh, wow, that's Chloe/Kuro!
Now, in addition of having big sis who wants to kill you, you have a kinda clone of your loving younger sister from the other timeline. Aren't you lucky? :V
Now, try to be a responsible big brother and don't think about imouto route.

Good news: quite possibly Kuro knows your magic better than anyone currently alive.
Bad news: you called Rin the Second Owner and now you need to explain how you found out about it or why you knew it for a long time but approached her only now.
I don't think it's good idea to claim you hear voices that just dump information on you. But if you want to go with it, calling Kuro by name can be a good start. It gives us some credibility.

Why are there so many other people here? Did you all got lost here as well or do you all call this place your own?

Hey Shirou, Sin again. Since others have brought it up I have a reasonable lie that allows you to explain away the Second Owner thing. Just be honest with Rin about how your father barely taught you anything about magic, how he is dead and mention that you found a note or something going through his old things that mentions how the Tohsaka's are the Second Owners of the city. It's not a perfect lie but it's believable enough, if you have to stop Rin from looking it up i'd suggest that you say it was on an Old Laptop of his, Rin is hopeless with computers or any tech really so it should help.

Well, I don't really remember how did I get here, but I don't really care because it's fun here. What can be more amusing than watch misadventures of some poor guy and butt in occasionally with sometimes helpful comments?
Now, if you're seeking a way out, I have bad news for you. Did you see this sign on the fourth wall?

...Tell me... A forth wall is a concept right?

Shirou. This is WMG speaking. While all these wonderful people are speaking with you, I suggest you keep yourself armed. Perhaps keep a knife or some sort of edged weapon. You don't want to end up in a bad situation unarmed. And if anyone asks why you have a knife, tell them you're... cutting apples or something. You don't want no son of A CUSSING CUSS WORD COMING OUT AND STABBING YOU IN THE HEART WITHOUT YOU BEING ABLE TO HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY ABOUT THAT! Ahem, just please keep your personal safety in mind as the rest of my compatriots steer you around.

Be kind and considerate. That's actually all you actually need to know. Though keep in mind if possible that women can fight their own battles if such circumstances show up later. You aren't the only hero in the world.

Oh my what an interesting little show is being broadcasted here. You can call me Warden boyo, to what you really don't want to know, but I can take a few minutes to explain somethings to you so you don't wind up like your father. First off, there is a Priest in this city known as Kirei Kotomine, he is Rin's Legal Guardian, a surviving Master from the Grail War your father fought in, the man who killed her Father, and the most dangerous man that your father has ever faced. He is an Executor of the Church, a man forged into a Weapon to defend humanity, but there is nothing human left about that creature save for his appearance. A Heart of Evil beats within his chest, a replacement for the heart your father destroyed in what he thought was their final battle, and even without it he is a Broken Existence. Just as you can only feel joy from helping others, and making them happy, he is an existence that can only be happy from the suffering and pain of those around him. He delights in causing doubt and despair with his words, breaking the wills of the pure, and murdering those who put their trust in him. Do not ever turn on your back on this man, Shirou Emiya, for you never know when he will plant a dagger there. Just as he did with poor, poor, Tokiomi Tohsaka.

But, even though he is a monster, you can not face him as you are now. He is a Trained Weapon, a master of martial arts, with speed, skill, and strength bordering the superhuman, and decades of experience fighting those Beyond Humanity, not even mentioning The King that protects him as one would a pet. More so, he is an incredible skilled magus when it comes to healing, a power known as Spiritual Surgery, and he is your one and only hope of saving Sakura Matou from her cursed fate.....my prisoner is stirring so my time grows short. Listen to these final words boy, engrave them into your mind, for they are the first of many keys that will lead to both your salvation and your destruction. I Am The Bone Of My Sword.

There's a specific alternate timeline incident here that's relevant to the earlier comment on women. You summoned a female version of King Arthur as a Servant and tried to get her out of the way of an incoming attack from Hercules. The only reason that you survived was having Avalon implanted in them and providing regeneration. Had you died there she would soon have faded away from lack of a mana supply so it wouldn't even have worked.

Right, this is one heck of a mess you're walking into. The names FrozenFlame, just heard about your situation and decided to lend a hand. You've got a long road ahead of you, but we'll do our best to keep you alive and in one piece, both physically and mentally. Anyway, Kuro being here is very good for you, she's one of the few servants who will unconditionally side with you and genuinely cares about your well-being. Make sure to be patient with her, her Shirou is pretty far removed from your experiences and she's been through a lot. Depending on how exactly the seal worked, she's either the part of Illya that was raised from birth as a tool of the Einzbern, or an eight-year-old Illya who was for intents and purposes thrown away and replaced by her mother. The situation isn't as bad as it sounds, but Kuro doesn't have many people that she's close to, and right now you're the only one of those that she has.

Rins not a bad person and already has a soft spot for you, just don't do anything to make her perceive you as an enemy and you'll be fine. The less magus-like you act, the better your chances. Tell her about Kiritsugu, but say that you found some hidden notebook on the subject to explain why you didn't come forward before. Kiritsugu really didn't want to teach you magecraft, so him hiding the related materials could easily be justified. Just don't make any claims that you can't back up.

And while I'd prefer to avoid dumping any more information on you when you have enough to worry about, its already been mentioned, and I really can't risk half-assing your knowledge on something this dangerous. Zouken is Makari Zolgen, one of the three people who created the grail war and has essentially gone insane due to centuries of his soul rotting away from his refusal to die before his wish can be achieved. He's a mass of worms, something dangerously close to being considered a dead apostle, the constant agony has not only left him willing to do anything to achieve his goals, but twisted said goal into immortality. The atrocities that he is responsible cannot be understated and even as mad as he is, he remains one of the most cunning and dangerous beings involved in the war, and I'm counting servants. As of right now, he's passive, don't change that. Anything less than at least one servant and a method for removing his worms without killing the host will only make things worse. He's definitely going to be a problem, but he's one that has to be left for later. Focus on Rin and Kuro.

Hmm, so it seems we're voting for which servant you gonna get. Your sister from an alternate timeline is in the lead right now and I suggest you prepare for waifu war with voices in your head (aka us) bickering over which waifu is best. Though it will probably end up with people trying to push for harem anyway.

Maybe we shouldn't tell Shirou that we have any say in this. It might make him wonder what else we have control over.

At this rate, Shirou's gonna end up taking a backseat as we completely hijack his life. Less a young man listening to a bunch of voices and more a young man controlled by a bunch of voices with his mind buried beneath all the shouting.

Kinda have to agree with CardCaptor. We're voices in his head, we know way more than we should. If you we start giving him the impression that we have power over his situation, he's going to start wondering how much we're screwing with him. We might have influence, but this isn't twitch. If Shirou gets it into his head that we're not entirely trustworthy, we lose a lot of influence. He might be willing to go along with almost everything that we say, but that's only as long as it's not against what he's willing to do. Shirou's the protagonist, we're the ultra-competent sidekicks.

No it's not. it depends on the vote. But if it ends in a draw I just might whip up something crazy.
Alright then, depending on how things go I can see everyone being satisfied by simply making it so that while Shirou summons Prisma Illya, standard Illya would summon Artoria or something like that. Also I have to ask does this Rin have Magical Ruby locked in a chest alongside the Blueprints to the Jewel Sword?

Yes she has that but I find it Highly unlikely that poor little ruby would be able to get out of the chest anytime soon.

Hello again Shirou, I prefer to keep my real name to myself so I'll just go by "Ultramandalore", while the previous messages from myself and the others have touched on it, the reason that letting the Heaven's Feel Ritual/Holy Grail War cannot be allowed to be completed is that there is currently a dangerous entity contained within the Holy Grail which will escape if the Grail is manifested. This Entity, which was once the Heroic Spirit named Angra Mainyu, will cause the near total extinction of all life on earth if freed due to the way it's nature interacted with the Holy Grail. There are currently two different "hosts" that the various individuals trying to complete the Heaven's Feel Ritual are attempting to use to manifest the Grail. They are Matou Sakura and your sister Illyasviel von Einzbern, neither of whom are doing so willingly as they are being used/Manipulated by the heads of their respective Clans.

[X]So I'm Hoshu and I'm just gonna say be careful around Sakura's Grandfather alright that guy is super dangerous much more dangerous than Taiga on an empty stomach.

For now deal with the Tohsaka girl okay champ!

'You're joking right?' The world can't survive two taiga's, I have enough trouble keeping one Tiger in check, yes I'm sure you're joking.'

(mean while in the kendo club)

A young tiger named Taiga Fujimura was battling a horde of enemies or should I say kendo students left and right... Well, it was more of a slaughter really...her thoughts went something like 'I know someone is calling me tiger, when I get my hands on them...' That unfortunate day most of the kendo students ended up in the ICU.

(back to shirou POV)

I feel like someone just walked over my grave... wonder why?
