Which one? Geass's abilities usually depends on the user's desires and I really can't see Shirou using Lelouch's or Charle's, too much mind-rape for his tastes. If we do give him a Geass could it be one of the Nightmare of Nunnally ones? Most of the ones that suit Shirou required CC's cells, but I could see the Speed working for him both combat and personalty-wise. Wouldn't make him OP, but it'd lessen the chances of him being killed before he even realizes his enemy moved. Servants are a bit OP like that.

Thirded. Handing Shirou powers willy-nilly would probably leave us a no real challenge and devolve the story into a power wank. The only power ups that we can hand out and still make sense would be telling him about his magecraft or showing him swords from various stories. That would be a much more balanced and reasonable way for us to influence his abilities. It's fun to stomp Gilgamesh and co like bugs, but lets not turn Shirou into Gary Stu no. 8. Plus the whole process just seems like a mess, just look at my response to Geass alone. Imagine that with a half-dozen powers.
 
Yeah when it comes down to it the most we should provide him is info and and his magecraft at most

Also, there is a chest in Tohsaka manor that must never ever be opened or a horror beyond anything else would be unleashed upon this world.

Oh hello Shiro! Name's Gruber! New guy! Nice to meet you! Alright, so it seems that due to some... Warp Magic Fuckery, you got a Prism Version of someone VERY powerful! Trust me, she is very Powerful with a Kick-ass Noble Phantasm. Buuuuuuut looking at her Sword, she may still have the Phantasm.

But enough about that! Let's focus on Rin! She seems pissed off that you got a Servant. Try to calm her down so that you can learn how to be a Mage Badass!

Maybe even learn something like...... Mage Armor! Or Fire Bolt! Because even though you MIGHT be able to get UBW (Unlimited Blade Works) in the Future, that's STILL a bit of ways off. So in the meantime, you're gonna need defensive and Offensive Spells, as well as a way to recharge your energy during fights!

If she's the Caster of this war, I am going to laugh my ass off.

I imagine that Shirou will have a great many questions for us about what the hell is wrong with the multiverse and/or grail.

Two words: My Immortal. Lets face it, the multiverse is amazing, but if you really take the time to look around the place you start to notice some crazy things. When a version of you who got shoved into his loli sister's body, is forced into magical-girlhood, and is forced into embarrassing clothing because of Sakura's fetish doesn't even make the top thousand of weird situations in the extended nasuverse alone, you know that it be a crazy place.

Heck, if Shirou knew exactly how skeevy the Prismaverse is, he'd probably be making plans to GTFO before Prisma Illya tries to magic roofie him again. And this is a canon timeline folks. Imagine how bad our stuff would be for him.

EDIT: It's kind of a consequence of the whole "anything can happen thing." One part of the multiverse is a disciplined and perfect as can be and everything seems fine. Then you look to your right and see the slums, full of batshit insanity.

    Now first of all, yes she is your sister and technically Chloe is her twin. However they are from a different timeline, basically a parallel universe in which your dad made some choices that ended a lot better for him and his wife than what happened here. Once again i'd suggest just talking to her when you get the chance.

    However there is still your Timeline's Illya running around, so be ready to talk her down. Having Prisma Illya should help a bit as she has practice with befriending uncooperative people.

    Finally don't mind Rin's glare, the girl had originally intended to summon a Saber but instead got Chloe as Archer. She is just a bit annoyed that you managed to accidentally summon the Saber she was after.

    Also on the Gun your dad has, you are right that it wouldn't be the most comfortable thing to use as it has some rather nasty effects on mages besides making it basically impossible for them to use magic ever again. I'm not going to go into detail but one of the guys he used it on ended up wheel chair bound as a side effect. So good rule of thumb is the stronger the mage is, the nastier the effects of the bullet is on them.

    When I snapped back, I saw Saber-neechan hanging over me, and Rin still glaring at me from across the table.

    "Emiya-kun, you told me you only knew the basic three... but then you go into a trance, establish a communication spell so complicated that I only recognized it as a communication spell because of the bare similarities of the prana signature to my fathers mystic code, and that's not the best part. Oh no, you some how managed to establish a long distance connection, while inside my Bounded-field of all places without even setting it off."

    "Then after a minute or two you activated your magic circuits and started generating so much Prana that I am honestly surprised you aren't barbecued from the amount of heat you were generating, all the while screaming your head off."

    "If Saber Didn't keep you down I don't even know what would have happened to you!" Rin's voice getting louder by the minute...

    No recourse but full disclosure then. Your foster father was a magic user who was not particularly interested in teaching. At some point you somehow picked up a connection to our peanut gallery after he died, who were the actual source for who informed you what second owners are, the impending grail war, etc.

    We're confused on how sleep summoning happened too.

    I will be honest with you Shirou at this point it will be easier just to tell the truth. Since once again my colleagues have no sense of subtly or patience.

    Just tell Rin that you started hearing our voices earlier today, that we've told you things you couldn't possibly know and that some of use are idiots who think it's a good idea to do stuff like what just happened.

    If Rin doesn't believe it use these facts in order to convince her, just be sure to tell her right away that it was one of the voices that just told you and that you have no context for the information.

Her father managed to stop her before that happened and, after praising her for her curiosity, gave her a compass that detects powerful magic. If she still isn't convinced use the fact that it saved her life and the lives of some other children when she overloaded it in a bar a short while later.
    Hopefully that piece of information which would be almost impossible to get otherwise helps in the matter.

    The problem with that is that we really have anything she would believe that doesn't get them all in deep trouble, plus with Prisma Illya and Chloe here we can't even rely on events playing out like they're supposed to.
