Gargamel, a homeless guy squatting in the abandoned mansion of the Birdcaged supervillain known as Marquis, triggers with a Tinker power that lets him create tiny blue lifeforms, but not control them. But he's certain they're the key ingredient to the rest of his Tinker-tech, so he keeps trying to capture them to use them to make bigger and better devices/potions/gold/whatever.
 
The oil industry extracts millions of barrels per day. Shiro by himself wouldn't be able to put an appreciable dent in it, unless they got him to generate bio-fuel constantly and built massive warehouses and a smaller pseudo-industry just around him.
 
He can create food, such as corn to be used for biofuel. He won't be able to create biofuel itself, because that isn't food. The size of the room doesn't change the fact that the raw ingredients still have to be processed.
 
This fic... it's strange, borderline innapropiate, and very entertaining at the same time.

I am guessing the Tentacle Porn he had memorized some how gave that away huh? although I think I need to start over again because I can not remember what the MC looks like ;;;;P

He can also create the components of food.
From a few chapters back we know 'food' is broard enough that it includes all kinds of snake venom.
Ethanol is definatly more 'food-ey' than snake venom.
Hell, someone could easily bake a cake with traces of octane or other mineral oils in it to rules lawyer it into food if it isn't already counted.
I'd bet that the various fats and oils used in cooking would all be trivial for him to make.
(Gold leaf is used as a garnish in quite a few dishes, by the way.)
 
I know this is 7 months later but anyways

It could be that instead of food it simply gives him the ability to create anything consumable and organic(consumable doesn't mean it won't kill you if you eat it just that you can)

His power IS "Food 8" (as compared to Vista's "Shaker 9"). So volume may be limited, but who knows by how much? They're not even done with power-testing. Or showing us if Dr. Waller can survive without his food, now.
