The Pantheon sounds ridiculously awesome and so I am obligated to draw the cool giant robot!

I deviated from the Machina style with some forms which are way more organic than you'd actually see in Linebarrels. And the face isn't exactly a Deus Machina-type scarytoothyfaceplate either. Oh well!

Hoooooooooly shit that is fucking amazing. The head's off (should look more like Jehuty's head crossed with Panter Flauclaws) but other than that its fucking phenomenal. God damn.

I haven't even updated twice yet.

Yeah uh...that is kind of fucking amazing. I would in all sincerity have believed that was an actual design from an SRW game had I not been told otherwise.

Is Justice really what we need right now? What is 'Justice' but the preservation of the status quo? Society's defense mechanism against change? It's nothing but an excuse to force your will on others, the use of power to keep the world in line with the will of the powerful. Swift, uncompromising, unyielding... We can't afford to keep thinking like that. Your Justice is nothing but a chain to the past in a time when we need to move to the future.

People! The choice before you is a simple one: You can succumb to this man's rhetoric, following the stagnant 'Justice' that has kept humanity at war for decades, or you can reject these shackles to move beyond our historic failings!

I am not content to waste away under failed ideals! I reject his 'Justice'! I choose to move forward, to see what is beyond the horizon!

Thanks! I tried to make a head closer to your specifications, but it's a little rushed compared to the original head.



How's this head look?

...Almost looks a little evangelion to me at this point. With a dash of Sahelanthropus.

Also, speaking of Jehuty, is there ANY chance we will get Jehuty in this quest?

It would send us on a detour to Jupiter and Mars, so I'm guessing probably not, unfortunately.

You say that Justice is the status quo? Of course it isn't! Do you hear their voices upon the wind? Their voices, which demand retribution for their lives, their loved ones, their homes and their happiness cruelly stolen away from them! Justice is not some chain which binds us to the past! It is the mechanism which we all rely upon to avenge past wrongs, so that we may move forward into the future with a smile upon our faces!

How can we possibly face tomorrow when the crimes of the past are what hold us down every second? We can not! But chains do not come undone on their own! We must strike! We must break free! With the hammer known as justice we can finally let go and allow the souls of those cruelly wronged find peace!

Do you hear their voices?! They don't cry out for vengeance! They don't beg us to live on in their place! All they ask is that the crimes that were done unto them be never repeated! Oh my that is perfect.

And unfortunately not. One, it's way too strong - see Fist of Mars. Two, ZoE demands a series list that focuses around it - with shit like Crossbone, Nadesico, IBO, all that good stuff. Just plonking it in here would do it a disservice. (If anyone wants to run that Quest, contact me and I will help as much as I can!)

...it may or may not show up as a Human-Machina though.

I think I have to vote for America!

Why? Because this looks like the direction that's most likely to have us play around with magic/sorcery/weird soul bullshit. Demonbane and Evangelion both live here, after all! We can get in touch with the magic half of our giant robot, learn sorcery tricks, maybe do something about that soul it's missing. (I am totally not just voting for this because I want to draw full possession Pantheon as soon as possible. Nope. Definitely not.)

However, I am completely okay with going to Japan. Muv-Luv and Linebarrels should play out really interestingly, and it looks like the vote's going in that direction!

Even your own words are a contradiction! You call for the fallen to be avenged, for the Enemy to face retribution, even as you admit that vengeance isn't what they want!

Duty in the name of the fallen. Responsibility as survivors. Kill in the name of vengeance, and be killed in turn to avenge your own victims.

Your Justice won't create a better future. Hell, it's part of the reason the world is as fucked up as it is! Following your rhetoric won't do anything but repeat the endless history of pointless bloodshed.

Well shit I could live with that, that still sounds badass.

I figure that Sahelanthropus would probably be on the table, though I don't know how we'd get around the control scheme. I don't think people would appreciate us trying to stuff an underage child into it assuming we could even get the thing anyway.

...And by "underage child" I mean someone who is like 8 or something. As in someone too young to pilot even by mecha standards.
