[X] [Iridian] Act

[X] [Ratri] Act
-[X] Jack of Hearts
[X] [Moropóro] Pass
I'm gonna be a contrarian here, and say we should ease the audience into things a bit more. It does make sense to introduce all three main characters in the first episode, but I feel like throwing them all in right off the bat is a bit much? (At least speaking from my own preferences from reading various yuri manga, and some that fumbled their early chapters for me were ones that threw out too many characters all at once. In fairness three is nowhere near as bad as like, nine new names in one scene, but still.)
So we start with just Ratri meeting Iridian, then have a seperate scene dedicated to introducing Moropóro and her dynamic with Ratri, then forming an initial bond with Iridian as well, and then go from there. Not having to share screentime right off the bat also lets the two of them stand out from each other more and be introduced with way better depth and focus and distinction. Which I also think would strengthen the thematic core of bonds; Nana is friends with them both because of each of them specifically, not just because they were a package deal.
Plus, we already have the face card advantage to give this scene extra oompfh; it might be better to wait to play the King of Hearts in Moropóro's hand for a later scene we'd want to have similar strong impact, instead of spending them both redundantly on the same scene.
