The S.E takes the form of a fusion between a opulent castle and gargantuan tree, wrapping around and within eachother
It allows other Semi-Existents with wizard themes to bud off it by growing houses with wizards inside it in the many PLOTS dotting its territory, which is located within a 40 Hectare area surrounded by a wall of thorns, and protected by a hivemind of robed faceless wand wielding WIZARD COPS
One of our agents BALLOON WIZARD is a former resident, deciding to join our organization since his so called "Bff" Garrison Gramo works for us

You simply ask the rat what he knows about the Wolfman, showing that photograph, and he can tell you're a government agent from the suit and way you carry yourself, not helping you would be a bad idea, and the friends of yours on the other side of the basement door would agree
Scaring you off with his connection would be a bad idea too

Ratman: "Their S.E is pretty obscure, kept secret so others can't easily figure them out, but I did some investigating myself, The Godwood, it's an S.E that thinks it's a forest afterlife with otherworldly beasts that hunt down the deceased animals that arrive, the gang obviously are gifted the ability to become these godbeasts"

You arrive at downtown, where the Beastpack do business, you can see cracks in the concrete where weird flowers grow, and many strays walking the streets
You can feel influence of an S.E oozing from every alley
You then come across an abandoned looking warehouse which you can obviously tell has suspicious stuff inside
There is no way that the various crows with green tinted skin periodically changing shifts by flying into a window of said warehouse after patrolling the street are just normal crows, and if you're wrong you would've just trepassed on some weird birds
Also there is a generator hidden in a large trash pile outside with a wire going into the building, has some weird purple sap covering it to cancel out the noise slightly, which is probably why it's outsid- GODDAMN IT the sap stained your fucking suit

Have Gregore teleport in while Sir James causes a big distraction outside

Seems to be what we do best. Plus If we need to run then we can get out of there.
Burning the building would get them all out which might be more then we can handle and I don't think dealing with people with enhanced senses in the dark is a good idea.
