For the past fifteen years, life at the Imperial Communications Installation in orbit around Iservian IV was a quiet, boring, and backwater posting. Few came to it, and fewer left. Some readers may have noticed the use of past tense in the previous sentence, and they are wise to do so.
Darth Vader is on his way.
It seems that, in the face of the utter boringness and backwater nature of the Iservian IV, certain Imperial Intelligence Agencies begin routing important, if low urgency, information through the station in the expectation that no one would notice.
Recent setbacks in the efforts against the Alliance to Restore the Republic, better known as the Rebellion, has proven that they did, in fact, notice. They've also been reading the mail.
Someone, or more, on the station is an Agent of the Rebellion. They must be found, and the situation must be resolved.
After all, as was said earlier, Darth Vader is on his way.
And if the crew doesn't resolve this situation…
He will.
