"Thank you for your time, Father Pucci. I think I'll be on my way now." You say, rising from the church pew.
"Think nothing of it, Shirou." He waves off your thanks with a grin. "The servants of God are glad to be of help to those in need."
You reach the church doors and turn back to him before finally shoving off. "Have a good evening." You close the church doors behind you and decide a trip to Mount Miyama is in order. This case is much too suspicious to let lie, and you just might find some CDs to add to your music collection while you're investigating.
You break into a fast-paced jog, practicing a modified variant of your breathing exercises along the way to pass the time. Just as you cross the Big Bridge on the Mion River, you spot a very peculiar sight: a blonde man (a foreigner, no doubt) sitting on a bench by the sidewalk, reading a magazine titled 'Wealthy Living: Lifestyles of the Rich and Fabulous.' Now, a man reading a magazine and minding his own business wouldn't normally qualify as something out of the ordinary...but this was no regular man.
No, this man looked almost exactly like your disguise. The hair, the eyes, the jacket, everything. The resemblance was so close, it was unnerving.
The man looks in your direction out of the corner of his eye, and you just now realize you've been jogging in place for the last four minutes, doing nothing but staring at him.
"You there." You feel a sudden phantom pressure weighing down on you. "You have exceedingly good taste for someone so insignificant. Consider yourself honored to have your existence acknowledged by my esteemed self, Mongrel."
Tch. A racist foreigner. The worst kind, seconded only by obnoxious uneducated tourists. You do what any wise person would do in such a situation and hold your head high, refusing to let the man's comments bring you down. You resume your jog, scrubbing the unpleasantness of the exchange from your mind.
After a solid half hour of jogging without breaking a sweat (those breathing exercises do wonders for your stamina), you finally arrive at Mount Miyama. It's near closing time for the majority of shops, but you've found an electronics store with a nice supply of CDs. You find the selection satisfactory, and a quick check of your wallet reveals you have enough extra funds to buy three.
