Not disagreeing with you, but I doubt that's a true "wild" forest. No way there's something like that so close to the city. Still, whether it's a "tamed" forest or even the denser treeline of a park, it's still plenty of room for the wolf to roam.
It strikes me that Kyubey will have serious trouble contracting Madoka with Ammy around.

Actually, once you factor in a certain evil bunnycat, it makes plenty of sense.

I'm reminded of a certain quest on this forum where the main character just couldn't understand how Mitakihara could exist.

Kyouko's hometown, and where her father's church is located, is in the adjacent city of Kazamino, always was. That building in the Mitakihara city pic has a different design from the exterior of the Sakura church.
