I did not take it personally, i just asked if you would use the same argument for a real person, it just amuse me to see people defend their logic Mr "Ho ho ho the only interesting thing about this person is the suffering she's been through".
If that's your intent then there are less confrontational ways of asking.
To answer your question I would not apply the same argument for a real person. Myself or otherwise.
As a matter of fact I am actually able to separate the line between reality and fiction.
There is a factual difference between an person with their experience (however much of it there is), sentience, and sapience (sacrosanct)...and a character in a story (bound to a fixed role by the author).
More so when said character (Sakura) was in her role for said story less of an actualized character and more just a plot device to drive the actions of another character.
Here's a question in return. Would Kirei be "interesting" if he's all endless optimism and sunny disposition with a genuine desire to help people and able to emote normally?
[X] Got money? No, seriously I'm poor and I want to try some food
[X] Ryuudou Temple on Mount Enzou, literally the best place, comes outfitted with a natural Bounded Field against spirits if they don't enter through the entrance. Also, near the Greater Grail and on top of a centre of leylines. The cons is that it's pretty obvious for any competent magus to figure it out, also, it's near where the Tohsaka and Matou's are.
[X] Strategise with Caster, he says we still have two full days until the Grail War begins for real
[X] Ask Solomon to go make some cool stuff with Item Construction, and upgrade your new motorcycle, you know he wants to ride it too
