Okay, here's one, hopes it is valid.

(SN) a entity resembling a Xenomorph wearing a black business suit, is discovered in Belgium in 1980. the entity have shown the following traits.
1: the entity is strong enough to rib through steel walls with ease.
2: it's spit and blood have properties similar to acid.
3: the entity have fast regenerative abilities, being able to regrow lost limbs in mere seconds.
4: the entity seems to be very knowledgeable on how the various laws regarding taxes work.
5: it appears to be able to smell if someone have broken any tax laws.

Here's another idea.

(SN) a book titled the Great Tome of Spells, is found in a library in Wyoming in 1994. three facts are known about the book, firstly it appears to contain a page with a detailed describing every spell that have ever been cast, secondly it appears to be self updating, creating new pages when a new spell have been created, thirdly the book appears to be immune to all types of damage, with nothing having been able to do any kind of lasting harm to it.

    RFK survives an assassination attempt and decides to run for president. He loses in the primaries.

    1981:

    Anwar Sadat survives an assassination attempt and goes on to rule Egypt in peace. Many presidents after him would follow.

    1995:

    Yitzhak Rabin survives an assassination attempt, and goes on to further the efforts of Israeli & Palestinian peace.

    2: he has a eye for detail, seemingly knowing what clothes would look the best on a person after just a single glance.
    3: he is able to control and generate a type of purple flames, that he refers to as hell fire.
    4: he appears to have a great talent for tailoring, with him being able to summon various fabrics, that he can then turn into very impressive articles of clothing.
    5: he is seemingly immune to most types of harm.

    Okay, here's one.

    (SN) Satoshi Tajiri creates a ritual in 1996, which allows a person to summon elemental spirits and give them physical forms, with the newly summoned spirit forming a strong bond with the person who performed the ritual. These spirits will become known as Pokémon.
